Please cancel this order. After waiting 3+ weeks for you to "process" the order only to find out you didn't even charge the order I am done waiting and will not waste any more time, energy, or money doing business directly with your company.
You can take your 3+ weeks of "processing" and your ridiculous shipping charges and stuff them. It's sad when your warehouse/shipping can't get a book and a GM screen in the mail for 3 weeks.
