Dear Customer Service,

I placed an order for 8 items on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014 in Order Number 3324704. I have not received the order and came back to my account to check on it. It now says: "Package Tracking - Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame". What has happened to my order? It has been two weeks and I have not gotten any notification that there is an issue. Please let me know if there is a problem or when to expect the order to be fulfilled and shipped.

I've looked into your order #3324704, and everything seems to be alright. Nothing in particular is holding it up, it seems that it is just caught up in the traffic jam of Great Golem Sale orders. Our warehouse is trying to process everything as quickly and efficiently as possible, but it is hard to give a concrete estimate for when they will get to your specific order in the queue.

Since your order looks fine, there should be no trouble in sending it out once your order is ready. Once they do process your order for shipping, you should receive a shipping confirmation email.
