Scrolls of 6th level Casters

If I'm reading the language of the guide correctly, you are able to buy scrolls of spells that only appear on non-druid/wizard/cleric spell lists of 6 spell level casters such as Bards or Magi in PFS, regardless of the fact that you cannot reach the caster level for such spells until long after your retirement arc. Is this intended?

As long as you have sufficient fame and the spell doesn't appear on the aforementioned lists, it's fine. You can always try and to use UMD/Caster level checks to cast from the scroll.

Fun fact: My bard is 9th level so can't cast 4th level spells. However, many of those spells are also 4th level Wizard spells. Since the scroll is cast at the wizard's level (CL7), my bard can't fail the caster level check to cast the scroll. :-)
