We've been having some manufacturing issues with the Character Add-On Deck and promo cards from our printer. I've moved these to your sidecart to be shipped with a future subscription order, and I'll have your Base Set shipping asap. Our CTO Vic Wertz made a post on the current state of the Character Add-On Deck and we should also be sending out an email to folks in the near future with more information.
You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your base set leaves the warehouse, which should be within the next 24 hours. Thanks!
