PFS GM's for Los Angeles Area Sought for Recurring Pathfinder Meetup

Starting in July, a new Pathfinder-exclusive meetup will be taking place in the Los Angeles every Friday night. We have a space reserved to comfortably run four games simultaneously, and we're planning to have at least one of those tables (if not more than one) be a dedicated Pathfinder Society table.

As such, we're looking Society GM's that live in the LA area and would be interested in running Society sessions at our location on Fridays. If you think you might fit that bill and live in LA, let us know. If you think you might fit that bill and don't live in LA - move here!

We're hoping to make this meetup a great place for Pathfinder GM's and players from all around SoCal to gather and make new contacts, start or join new campaigns, and have fun.

I've got the same issue, even with the facebook site: unfortunately, you'd think a metropolis like Los Angeles would have Society or even just a regular dedicated Pathfinder group. After talking with the officers around here though, we realized there aren't any yet! Shocking right?? They all take place well outside the city limits, way to far to drive especially in our traffic. I'll be crossing my fingers for this Meetup with interest!

I hadn't - thanks for pointing that out.

And yes, Rose, we are trying to establish a Pathfinder-dedicated group that will be a recurring event for people to attend. I think part of the reason people meet outside of LA often is the expense of a large space within LA itself, though that can be gotten around by everyone pitching in just a small amount.

Awesome to hear about this. We really need a PFS group in the Valley area of LA. South, West, and East LA players can usually head south to Warhouse in Long Beach on Sundays or North to Game Empire in Pasadena once a month, but things have been a bit sparse North of the Sepulveda Pass. I might be able to help GM some this Summer. I am still finalizing my summer schedule. VL Nicholas Milasich in Cnayon Country might also be able to help.

Hi all!
This is Nick Milasich.
I'm up in Santa Clarita. I can recommend the monthly game at Emerald Knights in Burbank, and help with coordination there if necessary. Also, we are going to do a monday night up in Valencia at tapped out games. In Santa Monica, I suspect we can get some PFS going at Aero hobbies. Please PM me, and I am particularly looking for someone who will be willing to take the lead with any particular store.

I'm very excited about getting more gaming in North / Central LA and I expect we'll see it happen this summer!
