Generic Dungeon Master |

I am putting this here to ask what you all think. I could do a standard recruitment, in the recruitment thread, or try to do this here. Can I get your opinion?
The Kyrwhenlin Jewel
I have an idea for a rather complicated, low to no combat, heavy RP, single player game.
It would require a very special player
Let’s talk about you!
You are a young officer of the National Guard of Eysturlun.
You boarded the Eysturlun Northen Passage Express in Xhen Gua Bein. You are travelling to Rhajanisthan, a village in Beauvingia. The trip you are making is purely for personal reasons, as you are currently on leave from Active Duty in the National Guard. You are travelling to visit the parents of a young paramour that you are romantically interested in and seek to meet the parents to ask permission to become engaged. In order to reach Rhajanisthan, you must take the Eysturlun Northern Passage Express from Xhen Gua Bein through the Western region of the Ani Duo Ko Tau Mountains to Vyoukakisthan, a trip of 620 miles. From there you will hire a coach to take you to the village (a journey of 13 miles).
But
The train has been delayed.
Twelve hours after leaving Xhen Gua Bein, while passing through Hun Ka pass, heavy snowfall stopped the train. Two hours later the Assistant Conductor approached you (he is an old school chum) with disturbing news. Carried aboard the train for this trip are several displays of the National Museum of Eidleburg, in Eshia. One of the displays includes the Krywhenlin Jewel, a large precious Opal said to have once been the center piece of a work of gold in the shape of a coiled serpent (now lost). The assistant Conductor informs you, in private that the Jewel is missing and he suspects that one of the passengers is responsible but he has no idea which of the passengers is suspect. Furthermore, the train is carrying six passengers who are all members of high society, and citizens of Beauvingia, and if any of these people are even slightly offended by accusations, an international incident could occur (currently relations between Eysturlun and Beauvingia are strained at best).
The Assistant Conductor asks for your help in solving the mystery of the missing jewel, and if possible recovery of the jewel as quickly as possible. Why quickly?
The track will be cleared in 4 hours, after that the train will get underway and in three hours time it will reach the mountain village of Mia’n Duo where it will replenish the water tank, and take on fuel (it is a small mountain village and passengers do not normally get on or off this high up in the mountains, but surely the thief will escape if not identified by then).
It is currently 5:15 pm. The outside temperature of the train is 34 degrees and a light snow is falling. At night the temperature will drop to 10 degrees. Mia’n Duo is 63 miles away, and it is not likely that anyone is foolish enough to get off the train now and try to make the journey overland in these conditions (particularly because the light snow that is falling may turn into a blizzard at any time).
You have one friend on the train, the Assistant Conductor, and one acquaintance, Miss Rindia Janwhakati, a young Eysturlun school teacher taking a vacation trip to Beauvingia.
Creating “You”
You may be of any Gender Description that suits you.
There is a one in six chance that you have one level of a Player Character Class, of Fighter, Rogue, Ranger, or Cavalier. You must have one level of one of the following classes, Aristocrat, Expert, or Warrior.
You are a second level character (with maximum hit points).
You are travelling with only 100 gold pieces worth of gear, and you receive a travelling trunk, valued at 20 gold pieces, for free.
You are an Eysturlun
Racial Build: (standard – 10 points)
---Racial Qualities---
Type: Humanoid (0 RP)
Eysturluns are smaller than normal humans; have green to green-grey skin, dark eyes that show no white, and only three fingers and one thumb on each hand.
Size: Small (0 RP)
Eysturluns are slender of build.
Base Speed: Normal Speed (0 RP)
Ability Score Modifiers: Standard (0 RP)
+2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, -2 Intelligence
Eysturluns tend to value wisdom and experience over intelligence and book learning. They are notoriously superstitious, and tend to believe in more supernatural powers than are actually present in the world.
Language: Standard Language Quality (0 RP)
Eysturluns speak Common (Beauvingian) and one dialect of the Eysturlun languages.
---Racial Traits---
Advanced Charisma (4 rp) + 2 to Charisma
Eysturluns are considered to be one of the more physically alluring and attractive of all the races of humanoids known. It is said that only the Lyph people are, on average, more generally accepted as more attractive by members of other races than Eysturluns
Dissociative Personality (Special) (2 rp)
Eysturluns are prone to having personal identity issues, when this is not debilitating it can be helpful in certain situations. This grants a +2 racial bonus to Will saves versus all Domination/Charm/Hypnosis/Compulsion effects, but also a -2 racial penalty to Will saves versus Illusions/Phantasms/Images
Skill Bonus: (Special) Empathetic
Eysturluns tend to be more in tune with their inner feelings, even when they are not in tune with their inner identity. This grants a +2 bonus to Intuition Checks
Object of Desire (Special) (1 rp)
Eysturluns tend to be considered exotic to members of other races and if their Charisma Score is >10 are usually considered to be physically attractive by almost all other races. The bonuses associated with this trait (Object of Desire) only apply when interacting with members of any non-Eysturlun race. If Charisma is >10 these bonuses are doubled when dealing with Non-Eysturluns and can be applied normally when dealing with other Eysturluns
Seducer (Special) (2 rp)
Eysturluns are often fully aware of the way other races react to them and use this knowledge to their advantage (even playing up aspects of their appearance that they know are look upon as exotic to other races). The bonuses associated with this trait (Seducer) only apply when interacting with members of any non-Eysturlun race. If Charisma is >10 these bonuses are doubled when dealing with Non-Eysturluns and can be applied normally when dealing with other Eysturluns
Low Light Vision (Special) (1 rp)
In total, or magical, darkness, after a delay of one hour, Eysturluns develop Darkvision to 30 feet, but this is spoiled by any presence of light, and takes one hour to return
You may build your character with 18 points, using the normal point build rules, only for this scenario, you cannot have an Ability Score that is lower than 7, after the application of racial modifiers.
You may have one Trait selected from the PRD list of Basic Traits listed in the Advanced Player’s Guide
