Pathfinder Society Field Guide Question

So I was looking at the Additional Resources list on the website and it says that the Field Guide is part of the core assumption. But according to the Additional Resources PDF download and the GtoP it is not part of the core assumption. Which is correct?

It used to be a part of the core assumption. It no longer is. The list on the website must be out of date.
