Missed the Gen Con Pickup....

...because of a health emergency. (Not to mention the whole convention - Boo!)

My subscription page says that my August subscription shipped Aug 12, presumably because that's when it left for Gen Con. Is there an easy way for you to find out if it's been put in the mail yet? (No is a perfectly acceptable answer - I'm happy to be patient if that information isn't readily available.)

I was actually just getting the email ready to send out! Here it is:

If you picked up your subscriptions at Gen Con 2013, please let us know so we do not send these to you again!

Our records indicate that you opted for Gen Con 2013 Subscription Pick up but did not pick up your subscription at Gen Con. Since we are so close to the September shipment, we will combine your August items that were not picked up with your September shipment where possible. If your subscriptions do not have any September releases we will ship your August subscriptions as soon as possible. If you would like to have your August shipment sent out right away and not wait for September's shipment (estimated to be shipping Sept. 16-20th) just let me know and we will ship your August items right away!

Since your order was destined to be picked up in Indianapolis, Indiana sales tax was applied, but there were no shipping charges. That sales tax will be credited back and applied to the shipping charges when your order ships.

If you picked up your subscriptions at Gen Con 2013, please let us know so we do not send these to you again!
