In-progress PbP games and the new Guide

If I heard correctly, I believe that version 5.0 of the Guide to Organized Play will come out this week.

I have two PbP games I'm GMing (and several I'm playing) that are in progress and that started (of course) under version 4.3 of the Guide.

How do we handle this? Can we complete the games under the rules that they were started under? That would be simplest, especially if there are changes to how faction missions are handled. (I don't know if that will happen.) It may not matter, but just in case it does, I want to know what we can do.

Is there a time limit for completing a game started under version 4.3 of the Guide for it to be able to use those rules?

The guide does not take effect until the 14th. It is being released this week as a preview to season 5.

Well, OK, but my question still stands. 9 days is nothing for a PbP.

I would think you finish out the PbPs under the rules you started them under. The scenarios your running still have faction missions, so if those change, it doesn't effect it. Without seeing the Guide, the only other issue I could think of coming up, is if your groups are playing up or down and how that affects gold awarded. Once again, for simplicity, I would say you finish the games under the rules you started under.
