GM Chronicle Sheet

Grand Lodge 4/5 Venture-Captain, Conventions—PaizoCon

I GMed my first PFS game last night and had a quick clarification question for my chronicle sheet. Do I have to apply it to a character in the tier that it was played at or do I pick which tier the character it will be applied to falls into? In case this is phrased oddly, I ran Storming the Diamond Gate at the 3-4 tier, would I have to apply it to a character in that tier (or a level 5 character) or could I choose the higher tier to apply it to a 6th or 7th level character of mine?

Thanks

You use whatever Tier is appropriate for the character you are applying the credit to, rounding down for PC's in between tiers. So if the PC is level 3,4, or 5, you apply the lower and the higher tier for levels 6 and 7. It doesn't matter what Tier you GM'd it . It is decided by what character you put the credit towards.

Alright, thanks Jeremy. That's what I had thought after reading the PFS Guide, I just wanted to double check.

Quote:

The subtier for which a GM’s character receives credit

depends on the character’s level. If a GM with a 1st-level
rogue runs a Tier 1–5 scenario using Subtier 1–2, she
takes a Subtier 1–2 Chronicle sheet for her 1st-level rogue.
If she instead runs a Tier 1–5 scenario using Subtier 4–5,
she still takes a Subtier 1–2 Chronicle sheet, as her PC
clearly falls within the lower subtier.
