↬If you want to add anything to the order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of longer than 2-6 days, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

It looks like a bunch of people got skipped over by our order generating process. I've restarted things and it should get those last few orders generated by tonight. If you haven't seen your email notifying you of a subscription come through by tonight, please let customer service know by starting a thread for yourself here in the customer service boards or by emailing us at customer.service@paizo.com.

The warehouse is pumping out subscription orders as quickly as possible. However, there are still quite a few left; definitely more than will be shipped today. I've sent both Erik and Justin down to help get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible. At this point, we estimate the shipping to continue through early next week.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, that is not an indication that anything is wrong! You can check your Order History on your My Account page if you are afraid somethings is holding it up. It should let you know there if your order is being held up by a failed payment method.
