I decided to take you up on your offer and buy a few things. I read the email about this, and paid attention to the exclusions, loading my cart up with Paizo publications, only.
However, during checkout, after putting in the "ksthanks" code I was told that discount was not valid on the order. What happened?

Old issues of the adventure path line. Print copies. And, yes, I'm an AP subscriber, as well.
From the email about the discount code:
"Just enter the code ksthanks during checkout between February 1 and February 28, and receive 10% off of one entire order! This is an untyped bonus, so it stacks with other discounts; if you're a Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriber, you'll receive your Pathfinder Advantage discount as well. This discount code does not work on subscriptions, backorders, preorders, gift certificates, pledge drives, books from Completist Publications, or non-Paizo electronic products, but there are tens of thousands of fantastic gaming products it does work on!"
Looks like it should apply. What am I missing?

The discount was already used on order 2437238 placed on February 7th.
The person moving a thread is not usually customer service and aren't usually able to answer questions. They just move the thread to the Customer Service forums so we see it and can answer it.

That was an $8 order for the two PFS scenarios that came out that day, and I pulled the discount off the order when I realized it wouldn't apply to the non-Paizo PDFs I was going to buy (along with pulling some of the PDFs off the order). It should not have been applied. Any way to help with that?
