How will the flagging system be different comparing PvE and PvP?
The reason I ask is that in orher MMOs that use a flagging system, you receive an attack flag and an aggression timer for attacking box mobs.
This would not make much sense if you were let say a good aligned fighter and you kill a dozen goblins in a settled zone that has a law against murder, for example.
I'm of the opinion that such a situation should not result in any kind of a flag.
The other question I have on flagging is, are these flags always globally (ie anyone on the server) enforceable? Or are they only enforceable by the aggrieved party, their company and their settlement?
I also understand that more than one flag can be tagged to a character at the same time. Will these also stack or will a new repeated offense just reset the appropriate timer?
