It's most likely that the room block is full and I'll need to get it expanded on Monday or Tuesday. Please check back with the hotel later this week and ask them to add you to the room block.
Called last night to book and room and was told that the room block was all sold out. Is there plans on expanding it some more?
I've emailed the hotel and requested the room block to be expanded again. Once I've heard back I'll pop in and let you all know. Then you can get your rooms transferred onto the block.
The hotel says that there are plenty of rooms still on the block so feel free to call them back.

I know you can book reservations here, but I don't know if you can get the PaizoCon rate without calling.
No way to do it by default. Whenever I've done hotel reservations for other Cons they've provided a code to put into the hotel booking to get the rate and/or a URL.
I guess I'll just have to figure out a way to call them.
Just call them, tell them the date range and it should be fine. I just placed my reservation and there are still rooms left at the con rate.
I have good news and bad news.
The good news is that the attendance for PaizoCon 2012 has exceeded expectations which means we've now sold through all the rooms the hotel can set aside for us for the room block. Hurray!
The bad news is we're out of rooms in the room block and all rooms booked from this point on will have to be at the regular rate.
