Race: The Weirdo

4th Edition

Sometimes a player just wants to play a weird character, and they're not happy with refluffing. This race isn't supposed to be perfectly balanced with others -- it lacks a racial power -- but sometimes players just don't care. This is for them.

I'd appreciate ideas on what other weird traits a player might want a weirdo character to have.
