Is the Gp limit for westcrown and Egorian correct at 16,000gp ? It seems awfully low. Korvosa has a 40,000gp limit.

Check out the rules in the Pathfinder RPG for how to buy magic items at the start of Chapter 15. City GP limits don't work the same anymore; they're lower because they indicate the base gp value of items you're 75% likely to be able to find for sale; more expensive ones are harder to find.

We're going to be calling this value "Base GP" or something like that going forward, in any case, since "GP Limit" is no longer really accurate.
