Buying the PDF vs. the print

If I buy the print version of a Gamemastery or a Pathfinder, do I also get access to the pdf version? Or does the two for one deal only come with a subscription?

Only subscribers get the free PDF with the print version. Great value that is, IMHO.

Only subscribers get the PDF for free. Non-subscribers can purchase the PDF separately after the product's retail release date.

With the way the subscription is handled, if you can afford it, is more than worth it.
