The concept I have could probably described as an alchemist (not Pathfinder's class). She lives on her own in caves and hunts creatures with a spear for food and for components. Most of her life she spent on researching ways to manipulate both the environment and herself. Focusing on crafting Alchemy. Her favored weapon is a spear which she apply poisons to.
The problem is, I don't know how I should build her in Pathfinder terms. Even though she is an "Alchemist" in spirit, the actual class doesn't fit her image (throwing bombs and dual personality). I'm thinking Transmuter (Enhancer) with a spear as her arcane bond or Cave Druid with Earth Domain.
Which one should I go with? Or is there a better option I may be overlooking?

I'm currently playing an alchemist as a warhammer 40k tech priest using the vestigial arm as my servo harness and the bombs with the strafe discovery as lasers. The mutagen is nanites he injects himself with and the extracts are various drugs, and what not. Uses a battle axe and scattergun as his other weapons, level of fighter for proficiencies and full plate.
