I'm sorry for not checking the forums until now. I'm thinking of being a dwarven cleric of Angradd if that fits okay with everyone else.

• Tactical maps of ships
  
• Ship stats and stats for modifications to said ships
  
• Ship vs. giant sea monster battles (at least one giant squid or octopus)

• Port cities
  
• Memorable pirate captains
  
• Ghost ships
  
• Ship graveyards
  
• A way to have duels without the players outside the duel getting bored and where you're doing more than rolling a d20 over and over until someone falls over

As a sandbox style video game, I think Sid Meier's Pirates! should be great for inspiration.

Non-spellcasting shapeshifter class.

I would like to see this as well. 3/4 BAB, no magic, and a very heavy focus on shapeshifting. I'm imagining a druid without spellcasting or animal companion (and maybe even a lot of the nature-y things ripped out, too) but who has more powerful wild shapes. It would be nice if they could become larger forms than what a druid currently can. Also, if the nature-y aspect was ripped out, allow Giant Form / Form of the Dragon. Possibly can turn into swarms, aberrations, other creature types, too?

What about a separate class that has "shifter" points that they could spend as a swift action to shapeshift different parts of their body?
-The enemy has a reach weapon? Extend your arm.
-Someone is open for a charge? Grow a rhino horn.
-Low on HP? Grow armor plates.

What is a Surprise attack (SQ) found for a ghoul in "Carrion Hill" adventure?

The ghoul has levels in rogue and has gained that as a rogue talent.

From the PRD:
Surprise Attack (Ex): During the surprise round, opponents are always considered flat-footed to a rogue with this ability, even if they have already acted.
