I placed the order on Sept 21st and it still shows as pending even though everything in it says 'ships in 5-11 business days' why still pending?

So I've had e-mail confirmation that #358 & the poster are "winging" their way across the border toward my mail box.

Do we have any word yet as to what actually happened? Why did we Canuckleheads not get shipped this stuff in the first place?

BTW: Here's a huge can 'o' "Age of Worms": why are we still paying so freaking much for EVERYTHING coming out of the States when the dollar is at par?

Because it can take up to 2 years for prices to change to reflect that unfortunately.

BTW I'm still waiting for email confirmation.

While I still have not received my issue #358 I did get my #359 today (the last issue :sob:) so I think I need #358 re-sent.

I know you've already sent a replacement but I just got the periodical Dragon #353, and it appeared in better shape then #352 and a hell of a lot better shape then #354. Just wanted to let you know

I received my copy of issue 354 today which wasn't too bad for time but the condition it was in was terrible. The wrap was literally half off as was the front cover and spine. I'm not sure which postal service to blame it on but I would like to blame someone that's for sure. It may be a low priority but it should still be treated with a little respect.

Funny thing happened. I got the original issue #352 yesterday and the replacement for it today. Mind you the condition of the original mag is not good to say the least but it did manage to limp in. Still no sign of #353 but if it is like it's predecessor it'll get here in 3-4 more weeks.

Maybe we need to see about sending your mags to another address...your postal carrier might be a closet DnD junkie. Let's give 353 another week to arrive.

you sent me a replacement for Dragon issue 352 around Feb 14th I have yet to receive it. Also this months issue (353) seems to have gotten lost on it's way here as well.

it seems my copy of Dragon issue 352 has gotten itself lost and hasn't yet arrived, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm a Torontonian, well an Etobicokan? okian? okite?, anyways I've only been subscribing for about 6 months but I've got all issues, though they arrive a day or so before the next one ships, so a 4 week travel time.

Me again. Received the order yesterday and I'm very happy with the dice, however I just thought I'd let you know that the tube end was badly cracked so I cannot use the tube, otherwise I'm very happy

Unfortunately, the large city you live in is in Canada. While they will usually arrive more quickly, issues can take take as long as 3 weeks to reach Canadian subscribers. If you haven't seen it by the end of next week, send me an email at customer.service@paizo.com and I'll get a replacement sent out to you.

Mine still says 'Ready to Ship' I'll be dead before it gets here. I just know it. :P
