Forgive me for asking without having read everything. There's just something i cannot quite wrap my head around. The deductions the PCs are able to make about the clues. Are these automatic? Do i tell them what they've figured out, or are they supposed to clue the whole thing together themselves?

On the inside cover is the quest given by Sheila's husband. He'll give rewards for any "discoveries" in specific locations, but many of these are tied to various Knowledge checks. Are these required to beat in order for it to count? Or is simply visiting the room enough? My first time GMing and it's not very well explained.

Thank you
