The ordering system seems to have changed since I last used it. When I was setting up an order this morning it never prompted me with shipping or payment options like it normally does. If possible can this be shipped with my AP subscription. It also states it is pending and waiting for a method of payment. The order is no longer in my cart and I am unable to add a payment through my accounts. It can be billed the the only card I have on file with you. Thanks in advance!
Hello, have a quick question. Placed an order for a couple of society mods and saw the sale on second darkness. 2147931 is supposed to be the whole second darkness AP in book form. When I went through the checkout it split it into two orders, the digital and the physical. I set the Second Darkness AP to go out with my next subscription, and instead of details I just get a message stating it was split into two orders. I am not sure if it got charged and ordered or if the system got confused, and I don't risk placing two orders for the same thing. Below is a copy paste of what I saw. 2147933 Today

Kudos on the new format for society reporting. I like how the scenarios are split up by season now and that I don't have to seperately select the scenerios on the dropdown on the player reporting page. I don't know if you were able to check scenarios individually by character before, or if i just noticed it now, but I'll guess at that being new too. Thanks for the update!
I attempted to download season 0 scenario #16 tonight and when I am trying to unzip the files with WinRAR i am receiving error "CRC failed in PZOPSS0016.pdf. The file is corrupt." I have downloaded 20+ scenarios, APs, and extracted them the same way. Attempted to delete the file and download again 3 times to the same result. Not a huge rush, I think I have 3 weeks before I need to run it. Thanks in advance! |
