re: Altai took body of Dagbarr to the Church of Kord. The head cleric, Tormagal Gred, can't raise dead until the morning. Body had a magic white dagger with the name "Xever" etched in the blade. Priest of Kord asked Altai if he knew anything about it; said it looked like We Jassian stuff.

..the females of the greenmen of the city of Karkoom usually lay one egg every year, which they gestate for two months before laying. The eggs are taken to the Cave of Sarta Kar, where they are tended for two more years by the Swordsisters of Sarta Kar.
On the First Day of the month of Ch'waala, the greenmen make a pilgrimage en masse to the Cave of Sarta Kar, wherein the eggs are prepared for hatching. The young newly hatched greenmen must fight their way out of their shells totally unaided with their eggtusk, stand up, and run to their newly adoptive parents; there is no knowledge of who the original egglayer or sire was.
Those who cannot fight free and run forth from the incubators are taken to the Yawning Pit of the Chitterer in the Black and..."
