Gnome abilities:

Small: Gnomes are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their Combat Maneuver Bonus and Combat Maneuver Defense, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Slow Speed: Gnomes have a base speed of 20 feet.
Low-Light Vision: Gnomes can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light. See Chapter 7.
Defensive Training: Gnomes get a +4 dodge bonus to AC against monsters of the giant type.
Gnome Magic: Gnomes add +1 to the DC of any saving throws against illusion spells that they cast. Gnomes with a
Charisma of 11 or higher also gain the following spell-like abilities: 1/day—dancing lights, ghost sound, prestidigitation,
and speak with animals. The caster level for these effects is equal to the gnome’s level. The DC for these spells is equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the gnome’s Charisma modifier.
Hatred: Gnomes receive a +1 bonus on attack rolls against humanoid creatures of the reptilian and goblinoid subtypes due to special training against these hated foes.
Illusion Resistance: Gnomes get a +2 racial saving throw bonus against illusion spells or effects.
Keen Senses: Gnomes receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception skill checks.
Obsessive: Gnomes receive a +2 racial bonus on a Craft or Profession skill of their choice.
Weapon Familiarity: Gnomes treat any weapon with the word “gnome” in its name as a martial weapon.

Sorcerer abilities:

Bloodline - Fey: The capricious nature of the fey runs in your family due to some intermingling of fey blood or magic. You are more emotional than most, prone to bouts of joy and rage.
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell of the compulsion subschool, increase the spell’s DC by +2.
Bloodline Powers: You have always had a tie to the natural world, and as your power increases, so does the influence of the fey over your magic.
Laughing Touch (Sp): At 1st level, you can cause a creature to burst out laughing for 1 round as a melee touch attack. A laughing creature can only take a move action but can defend itself normally. Once a creature has been affected by laughing touch, it is immune to its effects for 24 hours. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.

Appearance:

Age 51 years old; Height 3ft 2in; Weight 32lb; Crin is small, even for a gnome, with an impish face that usually looks full of mischief, framed by a shock of silvery hair. He wears a red and yellow travelling outfit, and has a small carved flute at his side. He has vivid green eyes, that sometimes shine with a fey light.

History:

Crin can barely remember his original birthplace, having been a wanderer most of his life. However, the majority of his time has been spent amongst the communities of the River Kingdoms. He never knew his father, but his mother always spoke of him as if he were a mysterious, fey entity that charmed her and swept her off her feet. Indeed, from an early age Crin has been able to manifest strange, eldritch powers. So, he travels, finding his powers made others nervous. As a gnome, he is shorter than most, considered a midget by others of his race.

Despite all the delights of this world, Crin is desperate to find a way to access the First world. Maybe it's a desire to find his father; maybe his feytouched bloodline calls to him to seek it out, or maybe he's on the lookout for the ultimate adventure, but his quest sometimes leads him on strange adventures and causes him to make rash decisions.

A lover of freedom, Crin most easily finds himself aligned with Andoran, and has worked well with Andoran agents in the past and empathises with their goals. Above all, he sees himself as a defender of other gnomes, and is always quick to help gnomes first or give them a break.
