Psychoportation (Nomad) A psion who relies on psychoportation powers is known as a nomad. Nomads can wield powers that propel or displace objects in space or time.

Quicken Power You can manifest a power with a moment's thought.
Rend the Veil (Su) The Elan Unbodied can rend the veil that separates the material from the incorporeal. The Elan Unbodied can expend his/her psionic focus while making a melee touch attack against another corporeal or incorporeal creature. If the attack hits, the incorporeal target becomes material for up to 1 minute, or the corporeal target becomes incorporeal for up to 1 minute. Both uses affect both the creature and any equipment it is using. The Elan Unbodied can end power as a swift action.
Repletion (Su) Spend 1 power point to go without food or drink for 24 hours.
Resilience (Su) Spend 1 or more power points to reduce damage.
Resistance (Su) Spend 1 power point to gain +4 bonus to saves.
Spell Combat (Ex) Use a weapon with one hand at -2 and cast a spell with the other.

Telekinetic Force (Su) An unbodied can use telekinetic force (DC: 19) as a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Manifester level 14th. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Telepathy (Su) Elan Unbodied gains telepathy out to 50' and can communicate with any creature, regardless of intelligence, so long as they have an Intelligence of 1 or higher. The range of your telepathy increases by 25' every psion level thereafter (Currently 400'). Additionally, as long as they maintain psionic focus, they can detect other creatures within 30 ft. using telepathy to communicate, although they cannot determine the content of the communication.
Unbodied (Ex) The Elan Unbodied is of pure psionic consciousness. In addition becoming incorporeal, he/she gains an additional +1 bonus to all save DCs of powers he manifests, counts his key ability score as 4 points higher (24) for the purpose of bonus power points, and gains a deflection bonus to his AC equal to his Charisma modifier (minimum +1)(+5)
Uncarnate Bridge (Su) The Elan Unbodied can use the minds of others as a springboard for transportation. He/she can enter the body of a living creature and instantly teleport to any other living creature within line of sight as a move action. This is often unsettling for those subjected to this and if he/she so chooses, the Elan Unbodied can make his/her entry and exit even more disturbing by partially melding with the mind of those affected. If he/she so chooses, both the entry and exit creature must make a Fortitude save with a save DC equal to 22 (10 + ½ class level (+7) + Int modifier (+5)). If the target fails, it becomes nauseated for 1 round.

Description:

Christaph can appear as a wealthy small, medium, or large humanoid mostly male but can appear as a female wandering warrior, or as a disembodied floating brain, or as a wisp of light that looks like his avatar. In fact, Christaph's name is composed of both a male (Christaph) and female (Chirlot) Elan name.

When appearing as humanoid, he will be in shiny full platemail armor of exquisite workmanship with a heavy well crafted belt, a heavy bladed sword of some sort, a beautifully crafted composite longbow, and a bag across his chest and shoulders.

Background:

Chistaph belongs to the Second Chance Council which instead chooses a host who just perished on the battlefield than choosing a current living qualified host possibly stealing their lives away from them. The Second Chance Council is also very critical in who they choose for the Binding of Life Ritual. Once they pick a body, they heal it, remove all defects, remove all injuries to the body, and then meticulously clean it. Once the body is prepared, it is preserved until the binding ritual. Just before the ritual, they do one more round of checks to see if the body and the young Elan soul will be able to merge. Once it is determined mind and body are still viable, they again preserved the body until the young Elan soul is ready to enter the body through the use of the Binding of Life Ritual. After a successful ritual, unlike other council's rituals, the Second Chance Elan soul assumes the host's body without its sould and lives a separate life than the original host. Christaph became an adventuring Myrmidarch while his Psionic Powers came to him innately for being a Psionic being. In his merged lifetime, he was a follower and a leader of men. He remain with the host until he felt the body was too old to continue and he no longer wanted to be restricted by flesh. The feeling of shedding the flesh is called self actualization.

In an Elan's time, they all reach self actualization or what they call ascension. This is when they shed the material body and become pure psionic energy. During the manifestation or the time they are merged into a Second Chance pre-selected host body, they learn about themselves and their psionic ability except they truly do not grow in power, enlightenment, or ascension until they shed the material body for a body of pure psionic energy. This is when they resemble a ghost but they are truly not ghosts, yhey are incorporeal bodies of pure psionic energy. Magi by nature, spend hours studying both the art of magic and martial arts. Christaph once read a book that went into detail regarding Planescape. He read that powerful creatures from all planes go to this place for various reasons including to gain power. Christaph is not necessarily in Planescape to gain power but to learn more about himself and found himself in the World Serpent Inn in the City of Sigil seeking but not quite certain of what he seeking at this time.

Theme:

I see Christaph as a cross between a Jedi/Sith (his telekinetic powers and the use of the Katana) and the Shadow of Mordor (Unbodied/Uncarnate abilities). Although it appears Christaph's combat statistics may be low, do remember that his attacks are against touch AC, he can force an opponent corporeal/incorporeal (Rend the Veil), and he can add another +4 or more to attack from Combat Stamina and Arcane Pool. In addition, he can use powers of the mind (Psionics), he is incorporeal, and use his Elan powers of surviving. On a confirmed natural 20 critical hit, he can removed the head of his opponent with his vorpal sword. Christaph also has a repertoire of Spells and Psionics he can access for both utility and offense. Lastly, he can travel through the planes without major difficulty using his powers of the mind.

Elan

+2 to one ability score: Elans gain a +2 bonus to one ability score chosen at creation to represent their varied nature.
Aberrant Blood: Elans are of the humanoid (aberrant) subtype
Medium: Elan are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Elans have a base speed of 30 feet.
Aberrant Nature: Although human in appearance, elans suffer from a nature slightly off from the rest of the non-elan society. They suffer a -1 penalty to Charisma-based skill checks when dealing with non-elans.
Naturally Psionic: Elans gain the Wild Talent feat as a bonus feat at 1st level. If an elan takes levels in a psionic class, she instead gains the Psionic Talent feat.
Resistance (Su): Elans can use psionic energy to increase their resistance to various forms of attack. As an immediate action, an elan can spend 1 power point to gain a +4 racial bonus on saving throws until the beginning of her next action.
Resilience (Su): When an elan takes damage, he can spend power points to reduce its severity. As an immediate action, he can reduce the damage he is about to take by 2 hit points for every 1 power point he spends.
Repletion (Su): An elan can sustain his body without need of food or water. If he spends 1 power point, an elan does not need to eat or drink for 24 hours.
Psionic Aptitude: When an elan takes a level in a favored class, he can choose to gain an additional power point instead of a hit point or skill point.
Languages: Elans begin play speaking Common. Elans with high Intelligence scores can choose any languages they want (except secret languages, such as Druidic) (Add bonus language)

Incorporeal Touch - As is except remove anything about materializing/corporeal, remove times per day since that refers to corporeal/materializes, Other stats stay the same and damage is still increase damage by 1d6 every 2 levels, current damage is 7d6 force damage since the damage is caused by the unbodied moving through the incorporeal and corporeal disrupting them.*
2. Assume Equipment (SU) - Unbodied can assume equipment that turns incorporeal (or corporeal) as a swift action and remains functional. He can assume 5 items (armor, weapons, magic items) at 1st, +1 per level, current total 19 items. Items in extra dimensional spaces do not count as assume equipment allotment until the Elan Unbodied pulls it out to uses it and/or equips it. Combines Matter-bound, Uncarnate Armor, and Assume Equipment and modifies it a little.
3. Partying the Veil - remains the same, 1/2 HD level times per day (Current is 7x, 10x at 20th level)
4. Rend the Veil - The Elan Unbodied can rend the veil that separates the material from the incorporeal. The Elan Unbodied can expend his psionic focus while making a melee touch attack against another incorporeal or corporeal creature. If the attack hits, the target becomes material for up to 1 minute, or becomes incorporeal for up to 1 minute. Both uses affect both the creature and any equipment it is using. The psion uncarnate can end either use of this effect as a swift action.
