Well, that was certainly worth staying up to watch although I haven't quite decided whether the Pats won... or the Falcons lost it - great game to watch even if, as a Dolphins fan, it wasn't the result I truly wanted.

Stupid Falcons screwed the pooch in the second half, got cocky and arrogant and let Brady basically run right over them. But I'm fine, it doesn't bother me... *smashes wall*

Yeah, getting into FG range and then getting sacked / penalised back out of range was - amongst others - the moment the game changed (I do think that a kicked FG would have put the game beyond the Pats)... anyways from one egg-shaped ball game to another, the Rugby Six Nations has started again so time to cheer on my beloved Wales!!!!

Plane Shift is available to Ea as a 5th level spell to teleport Jhaero back. Jhaero might be a little far from where exactly he wants to be, but seems safer than the 20% chance of being Dismissed to a random plane.

Let it not be said that I can't find a way to make a reference to anything Monty Python.

Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it."

    You too! (everyone)

Just checking in; it was fun to catch up and read the last bunch of posts. 5000 posts!!

My baby is dealing many dice of subdual damage to my wife from the inside lately, and I can feel it if I press my hand onto her tummy. We found out its a boy (can't remember if I shared that or not) and we're expecting in June. I just cut my hair for the first time in almost 3 years, so that's a big change for me too. lol, other than the beard I didn't look that much different than Grayface's portrait.

    Hope you're all doing well.

I think it's worth saying, I view this fight as being very dangerous. High DC confusion effect and magic flame that counterspells magic (and maybe does more) has TPK potential.

Agreed... it's a pretty nasty combo. However, I would add that Rallos' single hit on the first Seugathi lopped off 50% of it's HP so they're not particularly durable!!!!

Question, if Yasmin can break line of sight to the fire, does she think that'll block its counterspelling effect? She's tempted to try dropping a Wall of Ice around it if she thinks it'll work. . . knowing of course that it might get counterspelled without taking effect.

Otherwise, just hope that we can slice these things up quickly!

True, but there's three of them, and to be honest, I don't think Tot would be willing to risk it. She'd be more concerned with reducing the number of threats and regrouping.

That said, this has been some good fodder for developing Titania as a character more. let's just say that there's a reason she has doubts about being a hellknight.

    Roll20 |Female Halfling Hunter / Swashbuckler (Mouser) 3 | HP 33/33 | AC:21 T:16 FF:16 CMD:16 | F+4 R+9 W+3 (-2 penalty vs fear) | Init+5 | Perc+12

I'm all for regrouping under the circumstances. If these things want to follow, I'd prefer to fight them outside of mist and the counterspelling room. The tricky part is that Rallos is now confused and surrounded. He's also fighting at around half HP.

I guess I need to explain myself. There is a reason that Titania is currently freaking out, but I don't want to say it OOC until someone has asked her about IC. I figured that the door wouldn't give, but someone in a panic wouldn't think about it as they exhausted themselves trying to batter them down. I included two spoilers for if someone does try to stop her or if they let her exhaust herself to try and keep things going.

I am sorry if this is over the top or disruptive. Sometimes I get something in my head and I have a hard time letting it go, even if it causes some issues.

Anyway, please let me know if this is getting on your nerves. I'll stop and just pretend some of this never happened in that case.

It's all good with me - I just haven't been able to figure out how to react to events. And I've been tied up with various things.

So . . . Yasmin's instinctive reaction is to follow Murassa. Which, OOC, I know is a crappy idea. So it probably won't happen, but I just wanted to sort of note that to give folks perspective on my thinking.

Far, far later than I had planned... here is Yasmin's reward for getting past 1,000 posts!!!

Blessing of Nethys: Once only, you radiate an aura of the pure essence of magic. You can use this ability a number of consecutive rounds equal to 1 + 1 for every 4 Hit Dice you possess (maximum 6 rounds). You and any allies within 20 feet of you increase your caster levels by 1d4. Roll this die when you activate this ability and use the same value for all who gain this benefit. The increase affects spell qualities (such as duration and number of targets) that rely on caster level, as well as caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance. The bonus caster levels don’t grant higher-level spell slots or cause the recipients to learn new spells.

Apologies for delay - I was torn between something representing Yasmin's arcane side or her genie!!!

Once things have settled into a steady rhythm with a game I'm taking over and the Nordholm reboot, I want to try my hand at a Sci-FI themed GURPS game. I'm taking suggestions over here. so if that sounds like something you're interested in, then pop on in and put your two cents in. If you've never played GURPS, then don't worry. I plan on helping people as much as possible, so not know the system shouldn't be a barrier to entry.

But, like I said, it's not going to happen until things with these two games I'm trying to get off the ground have settled.
