He watches as fey folk lets loose another bolt from his crossbow. The sound of the enemy crying out in pain brings a quick smile to Jorizer's face.

Using the moment of confusion he continues crossing through the wooded area his sight already set on his target. Grabbing an arrow he knocks it and lets it loose.

Jorizer curses to himself as he sees the arrow clip a tree.

gm, I believe you control the eagle, its gonna attack one of the orcs, it's not very smart.

Ragrimm holds his hammer in the air and shouts as he casts entangle in a radius around the orcs. Plants come out of the ground and attempt to grab at the orc's arms and legs. reflex dc 16

Ragrimm grunts, satisfied at his spell and double moves up towards the orcs.


the eagle which I missed last turn so it will make its attack now attacks Orc 2. But it misses then the eagle disappears.

The spear catches the edge of his cloak, and falls short right next to the orc.

Moving into the clearing he shouts something gutteral at the remaining orc.

"Run and one of pink skins will split body down middle. Only need one to answer questions. Others bleed and die. Choose death or live?"

Orc:
You will all die if you don't surrender

The orc then tries to throw his last javelin but is hindered by the brush around him.

@Davco, the orc is dead, in fact all the orcs but #4 are dead.

Damage, non-lethal: 1d3 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
He has to make a Fort Save, DC 13, or have his speed reduced to 5ft for 3 turns.

Reflex Save vs entanglement, if necessary:

He moves forward and uses stormburst, commanding clouds and mist to buffet the final orc with rain, wind and hail.

If it hits the orc will take a -2 to attack rolls for 1 round.

Finally, fighting with the weeds, Jake is able to free himself of the entanglement, at least for the time being.

He does a low kick, trying to twist the knee.

Even when I said non-lethal? EDIT: I rechecked the Non-lethal Damage thing on the d20. It says:

If a creature's nonlethal damage is equal to his total maximum hit points (not his current hit points), all further nonlethal damage is treated as lethal damage. This does not apply to creatures with regeneration. Such creatures simply accrue additional nonlethal damage, increasing the amount of time they remain unconscious.

Castor checks for a pulse, and when he finds none, he says, "Huh. Thought orcs are tougher than that..."

He then proseads to walk to the body of one of the dead orcs,tossing a small stone from his pack in to the fire as he passed, and started surching the corpse

Searching dead orc one am I correct in thinking its a perception test?

Assuming the dwarf dismisses the Entangle spell, Jake sheathes his sword and gets out some rope. He ties up the unconscious orc, extra tight.

I believe the DC for the rope is 20 + my CMB which would be a CMD of 25 for the orc to break out of the rope.

Brother Davco continues to watch the surrounding forest for signs of more orcs. He moves over to the fire and starts to put most of it out so that it will not attract others to the area.
