Blackacre warily grabs the nearest wand and the second-nearest blue potion. He looks quizzically at La Sireene as he prepares to drink and cast.

"Always game for a game," the druid responds.

La Siréene reaches with come-hither, long, ivory fingers for a red-colored potion, and sips it like a fine champagne. She takes a wand and flicks it at Caromarc. The onyx jewel floating around him rotates and streams a jet of shadow energy in his direction!

Caromarc takes 1d4 ⇒ 3 damage.

Quinn stares at the wand he has choosen and then looks at the flask holding the blue liquid. The monk decides to drink his flask after seeing Gaston drink his. "Oh Well....Bottoms up. He drinks every drop.

The monk then stares at his left, Ianez, then at his right at Sandru. "I hate to do this friend Sandru but you can are strong enough to takes the licks. My sincerest of apologies." Quinn winks at Sandru then starts to wave the wand in the air eventually pointing it at Sandru.

When he sees La Sireene reach for a potion, Blackacre drinks his own blue potion and pops it in Caromarc's direction.

That action performed, he winces.

The topaz floating around Sandru rotates and hits him with a sonic blast!

Sandru takes 1d4 ⇒ 1 damage.

"Your friend's guess is on the right track" says the impish voice, who is referring to Ianez.

Mix and match,
drink and try,
hopefully you all won't die!

* This would have been the same result had La Siréene and Blackacre used their wands at the same time, as Ianez suggested.

Hint:
For the purposes of this puzzle, it's possible to drink more than one potion, then cast with a wand, counting as channeling both potions through the wand at the same time, having drank both. (I state this because that works a little counterintuitive to normal gameplay).

"Self destruction as a pastime. How very human."

La Siréeene grins mischievously.

"Well then, if those be the rules ... one for my eyes, one for my hair, then."

La Siréene takes a bottle of yellow, and a bottle of blue, sips them both, and, with reckless flair, targets herself with the wand she used on Caromarc.

As he watches La Sireene drink two potions, the inquisitor's eyebrows perk up. Wait a minute - mix and match - Ianez, perhaps we mix not by casting at the same time, but by drinking two potions. Try drinking both red and yellow, then fire at me.

Blackacre then grabs and consumes a yellow potion.

As he points his wand in Sandru's direction, he says, Let's test that color matching theory.

The emerald floating around La Siréene turns, releasing a spray of acid!

La Siréene takes 1d4 ⇒ 2 damage.

The topaz near Sandru rotates and blares rings of sonic energy in his face!

Sandru takes 1d6 ⇒ 1 damage.

"Tee-hee!" the unseen trickster laughs. "Don't give up! You're on the right track!"

The inquisitor's logical mind begins to race - Matching colors does not seem to work. Perhaps we should try opposite colors?

There's a sound like glass smashing, and a tinkling of frost. The sapphire circling Ianez fades away and is no more. The archaeologist rises out of the circle, just above everyone, and starts to spin in a counter-clockwise direction. He rises through a darkened tunnel; on the sides hang a variety of fancifully framed mirrors.

There's a howl of delight. "One of you did it! Congrats! Congrats!"

There's a hiss of steam, and a whiff of sulfur. The tigerseye circling Blackacre fades away and is no more. He rises out of the circle and starts to spin in a counter-clockwise direction with Ianez and Quinn. He starts rising through the darkened tunnel decorated with mirrors.

Calm down Jornel. It's not red, or blue, or yellow, It must be a combination. There are only three combinations. Red & blue, red & yellow, blue & yellow. Red & blue has already been tried, so it is yellow and then either blue or red. Or yellow and blue and red!

Believing he has solved the riddle Caromarc drinks all three potions and blasts himself.

Ianez makes two incorrect guesses, and rises 15 feet towards the deadly spikes!

Quinn and Blackacre drift slowly but inexorably upward, rising five feet each.

Caromarc drinks all three potions - each primary color mixing into secondary colors. All of these blend to include the entire light spectrum, resulting in pure white light. The opposite of black.

There's a sound...the thumping of insomnia, followed by a demon's guttural roar! The onyx circling Caromarc fades away and is no more. The wizard rises out of the circle and starts to spin in a counter-clockwise direction with Ianez, Quinn, and Blackacre. He rises through the darkened tunnel hung with mirrors.

Caromarc also drifts up five feet.

"Tee-hee!" thrills the voice. "You're all too smart! You'll solve this in no time!"
