Blaine expertly cuts down one of the Taer Warriors as the rest of the party focuses on a second. @Quiven, you would only get one sneak attack coming out of invisibility as you immediately lose the FF bonus from Invisibility on your first attack. Also, you forgot the Inspire Courage bonus to damage.
The Taer Warriors brutally attack the party once more. Taers #2 and #3 brutally drop Omrax. Taer #1 steps forward and lashes out at Fredrik. Taer #4 lands all of his attacks on Blaine.

As the group readies to repulse their attacks again, they are overwhelming by the stench coming from the mangy beasts. DC 14 Fortitude or sickened for 10 rounds.

Lem will continue to Inspire Courage in the party by singing an impromptu song! Come on Blaine! (Don't fear the Taer) Quiven take my hand (Don't fear the Taer) We'll be able to fly (Don't fear the Taer) Fredrik, I'm your man!

Omrax slices down the Taer Warrior from the ground after a successful assault from Eli'thir.
As the party approaches the cairn, they notice several giant blue eggs on the ice surrounding the cairn.
When the party enters the cairn they see that the Mystic’s bones lie beneath the cairn in a small sepulture sealed beneath a 3-foot-layer of blue ice (hardness 1; hp 100; Break DC 20). Beneath the ice seal rests a large flat stone engraved with a spiraling ring of primal looking pictographs.
Who is digging? Assume with the pick-axe unless you have adamantine weaponry and want to try and cut or smash through the ice, but you are smart enough to know that the bones are delicate and excess damage to the ice might translate to the bones.

Hey, these eggs Quiven says as he waves his hand out in front of him ... they're not the eggs we are looking for. They are not the eggs of Taer.
GM Bold Strider
You hear rumbling from deep underground and begin to feel a slight earthquake as Blaine chips away at the ice with the pickaxe. It will take 1d3 ⇒ 3 more minutes to free the bones from the ice.
Eli'thir believes that the eggs belong to a insectoid-type creature. The eggs feel warm to the touch despite the frigid climate. From the size of the eggs and being the product of an insectoid creature, Eli'thir thinks that the adult version may be up to 20' to 30' long. Potentially, a Remorhaz nest.
Blaine Stoneheart

Blaine finishes chipping away at the ice and pulls the bones from the pit and stores them in his pack before moving to the eggs to purloin a couple for the Society.
While this is happening, Eli'thir pulls out a journal, reading a quick passage before relaying the information while grabbing flasks from his pack. Holy s@%@. Remorhazes give off enough heat to melt weapons that touch it. It also tends to eat other creatures using its internal flames to scorch the meat into crispy sausages...
As Eli'thir regales the group about the Remorhaz and Blaine stores some of the Remorhaz eggs, the mother bursts through the ice and roars at the group before biting at Blaine with its giant maw. Blaine's guess was correct. He would be a target,
Remorhaz Bite: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (12) + 13 = 25

Did I mention that it is a creature derivative of the centipede?
Blaine is raised up 15' into the air in the creatures maw and is burned by the creatures intense flames. Would Omrax have had a chance to cast resist energy (fire) prior to the creature arrival or was it too short of time from the kn: roll to arrival? Also what about a chance for immediate immediate action of liberating command on Blaine before he was swallowed? Oh, and last question, does the fire damage occur on the bite or just the swallow whole part?
GM Bold Strider
@Omrax: You would have had time to cast it, but would not have known it was going to focus on Blaine. Since you haven't acted, you can't take immediate actions. Relevant text: "You also cannot use an immediate action if you are flat-footed." I am ruling that the fire does not occur on the bite despite the beast touching you to bite you, but it does burn you on a successful grapple as you are exposed to the beast for a long enough period to get burned.

Sneaky remorhaz... any chance to roll Perception to avoid the surprise (or act in the surprise round) and know it was coming?
At this point, my action may heavily depend on getting a chance to act in the surprise round with it or do something prior to it appearing, so I'll wait for a reply on that.
FWIW, Eli's Perception is +14 so hopefully a decent chance at hearing/feeling it coming?
GM Bold Strider
My original reasoning: It was using its Burrow speed so I'm not sure if you would notice anything. The original shaking of the ground was from its roar as the pickaxe digging awoke it. Burrow description: "Most burrowing creatures do not leave behind tunnels other creatures can use (either because the material they tunnel through fills in behind them or because they do not actually dislocate any material when burrowing)". If it is not dislocating material, then it wouldn't really give any signs of approach through Touch and Sight and Hearing aren't going to help.
After looking at the Perception skill: "To sense a burrowing creature beneath you = DC 25"
Perception:
Quiven: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Elithir: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (17) + 14 = 31
Blaine: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

Fredrik: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Lem: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Eli'thir can have one surprise round action with the flask of his choice in his hands at the start of the surprise round.
Elithir

Ah, gotcha. I just didn't want to post anything out of order, which is why I started with the knowledge check upon the rumbling - i.e. he wouldn't use resist energy (fire) immediately after the rumble unless he knew he would need it for some reason.
Surprise Round
Eli'thir, eyes wide with shock and surprise at the sudden appearance of the remorhaz along with the sudden lifting of Blaine from the ground, swallows hard.
"Spread out! Don't let it bite you!"
With practiced precision, he takes a step back and quickly swallows an extract (5ft step out of AoO range, standard action to drink extract of fly).
****
Round 1 (after Blaine swallowed)
The half-elf, knowing it's just a matter of time before the creature picks its next meal, takes to the air with blinding speed thanks to Lem's assistance and tries his best to get the creature's attention.
"Hey, you big ugly worm. Over here!"
With a 90ft fly speed, Eli will use a move action to fly upwards 45ft and then over and past the creature for 45ft (ending up 10ft south of it) and try to get its attention with a thrown alchemical item - an iron pellet grenade. Sadly, Eli only has fire bombs and mundane alchemical items to hurl.
I'm going with the hypotenuse being 35ft as Eli is up 30ft over it (45ft total) and over 10ft from it, which is a -6 penalty for range increments.
Thrown item (ranged touch, -6 for range): 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 1 - 6 ⇒ (11) + 11 + 2 + 1 - 6 = 19 for 3d6 + 4 ⇒ (6, 5, 1) + 4 = 16
