Community Use Question regarding fonts in image files

Paizo General Discussion

Some of the Community Use image files have text imbedded in them which doesn't scale well, for example, the Thassilon Runes document by Jeff Carlisle identifies individual runes by name and type. The text appears blurry, and zooming in or out doesn't fix the problem.

Is it alright to use a font of the same/similar style in the same positions and relative porportions to replace the words in the image so it will display more clearly on tablets and printed documents?

I wanted to identify what I specifically planned on doing with my request. I'd like to replace the text in Jeff Carlisle's Thassilonian Runes .png file with an Arial font in a Microsoft Publisher document - the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Rise of the Runelords Adventure Guide. I would then create a pdf file of the Adventure Guide for downloading up on boardgamegeek.com

I feel that allowing me to implement this change would satisfy Paizo's requirement to present its products in the best possible light; however, I realize there may be business or legal requirements that prevent me from doing this, which is why I'm asking the question.

I don't have a problem with that.
