For reference, here’s the ability:
Tangible Illusion (Su) (Mythic Adventures pg. 18): You can temporarily transform an illusory object into a real one. As a full-round action, you can expend one use of mythic power to temporarily transform a single object created by an illusion spell that you cast into a physical, nonmagical version of that object. The object lasts for 10 minutes per tier, after which it reverts to being an illusion (or vanishes, if the duration of the original illusion has expired). During that time, the illusion gains all the physical properties of the depicted illusory object. You must touch the illusion to use this ability, and the object can be no larger than 5 cubic feet per tier. For example, if you create an illusory stone door, you transform it into an actual nonmagical stone door.
Its very thematic for an illusion spellcaster but I am having a brain fart and I cant seem to think of any remotely interesting uses of this ability. So could you help me out by listing some things you could do with this that I can use as inspiration? Thanks
My ideas at the moment mainly look like looneytunes gags. Stuff like making an actual anvil fall on you, making an illusionary bomb turn into a real bomb, a fake gun that says bang. Funny but probably not what you’d spend a mythic power on

The action economy seems pretty poor here, as you need to spend a full round action after you cast the original illusion spell. As such, this really seems to be more of a 'out of combat' general utility power to perhaps create food, water, or some piece of equipment you don't normally carry with you.

You steal an object and replace it with an illusion; you can create walls in alleyways and make them real in case of inspection. You can create a temporary fortress using the Mirage arcana spell. Use the Shadow Weapon spell and you'll have something that doesn't really matter whether the person succeeds on the saving throw or not. Create a flying ship with the silent image spell ( or superior) And move it using concentration (it will have a movement rate equal to the distance of the spell)

I don't know how many tiers are intended, but at 5 cubic feet for one, it's not easy to get anything sizable. A typical door is 8 feet by 5 feet (and 1–2 inches wide), so that's 40 square feet Even cutting a door down to 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide is still 18 square feet. You won't be making sweeping changes or obstacles until maybe tier 5.
Assuming your GM let you 'cut' some cubic feet up to add more square feet (which is not really supported), that's something pretty small in shape. You are getting a table or a chair or weapon or armor (at the first tiers).
So, an illusion to put full plate on and then make it real could be quicker than donning real plate (4 minutes and requires help) and definitely lighter than carrying a real suit around. Possibly getting a crowbar or battering ram when you need one.
Really, illusions (and the size limit of the Tangible Illusion tier) are only limited by the imagination, and a useful temporary object could be as simple as a sturdy barrier for a dam, or solid column of steel to hold up a ceiling or crushing wall. Or even a massive plug to block up a vent or pipe pumping in water. A big anvil may be cartoonish, but a big rock or boulder is legitimate. It might work if you can trick an enemy into a compromising position. Like an illusory cage or net or box that they realize is an illusion until they're in it, and then you make it real around them.

ideas:
set up an improvised murder scene (or other incriminating scenes) and then make it really real?
the body and blood are real for anyone who examine them. and as the power say they are NONMAGICAL so any detect magic to see trough if this was magically staged should fail.
-
set up a holographic room a-la star-treck where the objects touched are real?
-
try and combine this with the shadow gambit feat to make the target think he is really getting hit by whatever the illusion is (would need to stop the mythic ability and continue the illusion before gambit hits) 'that's areal acid pit you fell into there buddy'.
-
also non-magical fire is still a fire, can set places ablaze real easy,no?
-
and of course let us not forget the treasure hoard option where you lead someone to a room full of riches, real ones not an illusion, promised.
after all illusion of gems and diamonds made tangible and non magical is by any count real gems and diamonds.
Can also be used to swap item stoled with lookalike to stall discavory. The crown jewls etc.

There are a variety of utilitarian options: ladders, plank bridges, etc. You could close off a doorway with a door, but would require a couple ranks to close off a hallway.
However, 5 cu ft is a lot of diamonds or platinum. It's also a lot of poison or drugs.
And of course you can replicate anything as competently as your ability to create a convincing illusion. I think that this is where you need narrative options to really shine. The 4th level wizard spell Trade Items has great synergy. Create an illusory sword that is an exact match for an enemy's powerful magic sword/staff/ring, make it real, swap them.
Ultimately this is underpowered, so I think it's only of interest if you're the sort of player to dig into narrative options. With creativity it could be an enjoyable choice.
