your best bet is to post your build in the PF1 Advice forum and readers will comment. It will take longer for individual parts to go through the Rules forum.
The PPC line has the most flaws/errors. PFS reviewed RAW and what is legal for that Paizo sponsered campaign has an icon on Archive of Nethys. Those are not likely to have issues.
Paizo staff does not comment on specific builds.
They did comment on RAW at first but it led to them prepending 'IMO' as readers took it for RAW. They stopped circa 2017 as PF2 was being developed.
RAI is an illusion as there are multiple writers, editors, clippage for art, and re-edits. You can review designer/developer/writer comments which shows, like GMs, they have different spins on RAW. Some are not very good with technical details. Consider that the CRB is basically 3.5 with a tense change and some additions.
There have been a few contractors who commented on their work.

This is absolutely correct! The dev team does not have time to review and comment on specific builds, but if you post it in the Advice section, other members of the community can see it, and it's more likely for a team member to at least see your post in passing and respond if they have time!

I have posted individual aspects of my questions on forums, only to have a barrage of contradictory replies, and even some cases where the vast majority seem to be unable to even comprehend the question I'm posing (probably because it was too niche of an issue).
To be a little more specific, part of the difficulty is that the archetype I'm trying to use in general was banned in PFS, so no help there in trying to figure out how the too vague rules actually work in practice.
To be even more specific, I'm wanting to play an Unchained Summmoner with the Soulbound archetype. Questions about alignment subtypes and interactions with certain Oracle curses come up with my build. There are other more general questions about how some things work with Unchained Summoner that are often asked in the forums, yet still no consistent answer has been reached by the community.

ahhh - UnchSummoner-Soulbound Arch came out of AP 144 Tyrant's Grasp pg 82. It was part of the 'last hurrah' for PF1. I'm not familiar with the writer.
It does do a couple of odd things. Add a few oracle spells to the arcane list for an oracle curse, Sum Lvl = Orcl Lvl for curse effects. Remove the usual time limit on calling an eidolon via Life Link as a free action (very bad). Cannot banish the eidolon. Allow the eidolon to cherry pick evolutions (bad). Allow the eidolon to cast the master's spells (at twice the spell slot cost) thus doubling action economy (very bad).

I'm not seeing very many prior posts from you regarding this particular matter. "The Unchained Eidolon Azata of an LN Soulbound Summoner will have the Lawful subtype, with all of its benefits and drawbacks." - But it looks like your alignment subtype question was answered pretty clearly.
What issue are you having with Oracle curses? Are you having an issue with a specific curse, such as Demonic and Hellbound, which preclude you from summoning creatures of specific alignment subtypes? If so, there is a verify obvious and clear answer: You wouldn't be able to summon your Eidolon if its subtypes are the ones blacklisted by your curse. So don't pick an incompatible eidolon. Not all options are designed to play nice together.
