More Pathfinder stories, now for your ears: A wide range of Pathfinder Fiction is available on Audible! See what’s out now and where to start in today’s blog!

Yeah!

I love Audible. That how i read my novels mow! I love Tim Pratt's books!

I want books... related to magic. I really, really like the chapter in Godrain when Ezren learn teleport!

I want an adventure with Yivali and Salim Ghadafar (or Tabris if it is possible!)

Weren’t the last two of the original Pathfinder Tales unavailable in audio? I’d love to get them available so that I could complete my collection.

I consume all my books as audiobooks!!! Hooray for audiobooks!

I'm not sure! Can you let me know which two you mean though? The titles I mean?

Through the Gate in the Sea and Gears of Faith were the last two, and according to PFwiki neither has an audiobook.

I can't stand audiobooks, unfortunately (nor podcasts) and am a bigger fan of paperback than ebooks. I don't know if there's a plan to re-release them in print or even print-on-demand but I would love that!

Correct. At the time those books came out, MacMillan Audio had the rights to make an audiobook version, and they opted not to. We currently have no plans to produce new recordings of pur backlist, but if we see significant enough sales of the titles that do have audiobooks, that could change.

Any chance we'll see new print, print-on-demand, or collection print releases?

We're exploring a few options, but don't currently have one solution that we've landed on, nor any specific plans to announce. But getting the backlist into print in some form is one of my highest priorities for the line beyond keeping new material coming out on time at the highest levels of quality we can manage (and making them profitable, of course).

I own *almost* all of the novels in paperback, but have supplemented with ebooks. I really really love them and am super thankful you all are getting back to publishing them! I'd like to see the characters from Gears of Faith again - maybe in Alkenstar? Brigh is one of my favorite deities and the main characters with their opposites attract aesthetics made me really happy. It is also refreshing and delightful to see queer characters in fantasy with happy healthy relationships (makes me feel valid in a setting I love)

The blog says "To celebrate the legacy of Pathfinder Tales, e-books of all 38 novels released in the line are on sale for $4.99 from today through the release of Operation Hellmouth on March 4. Don’t let the exciting adventures of Pathfinder Tales pass you by! Catch up with your favorite heroes or get to know new ones today."

Going to the page to buy there is no book cheaper than 6.99. Am I missing something?

My guess is that the person who wrote the blog and the person who sets prices on the store did not communicate.
OR I have heard that sometimes on the new store discounts don't appear until items are in your cart at checkout.

I've listened to the audiobooks of ALL the PF Tales novels that exist, and I just bought the ebooks for the two that don't have audiobooks (Gears of Faith and Through The Gate In The Sea) a few days ago.

I've also listened to some of the audiobooks for the short stories and novellas related to the PF Tales line. And I have some of the ebooks of those.

So, it's great to see them ALL in one place, so I can get the ebooks of the novellas and short stories I've missed.

I'll probably NEVER play PF1e, but if I ever do, it'll be because of how much I've enjoyed reading the PF Tales stories that were "set in" PF1e.

While I read most novels via Audible, I prefer PDFs for Pathfinder because it's easy to search on names. Very handy when folding novels' lore into your game.

I'm wondering what would happen if there were a subforum devoted to Pathfinder fiction (including comics), as there was a lovely, lively community of readers and writers here back in the day. And with promotions like this one, that community might grow soon.

Could we entice Liane and Chris and their editors and artists to chat about Godsrain and Operation Hellmouth. I'm thinking we could.

I love that *the* Dave Gross uses other authors work to add to his home game. That just makes me happy.

This is actually something planned for our new forums!! As a fan of the fiction myself, I've been advocating for it!!
