Do we need to use the code redemption page on the old site? I can't find anything in the new store and the link on the HB site 404s

Where do we enter the humble bundle code on the new store ?

Codes should be redeemed at https://store.paizo.com/redemption. We'll work with Humble to make sure they're correctly pointing everyone there.

In the old store, when I already had some of the pdfs in the humble offer, they just were ignored, since they were already in my library.

Now, the old entries are deleted and you get a new file to download which purchase date of today. Great. Now I have to check each and every file to see if I not already own it.

As on the humble site all flip mat and all flip tiles should be available in pdf and jpg. I only got entries for pdf-files which contain either a pdf or jpgs - not both.

The Beginner Box from this Bundle is not the remastered one, but the original PF2e version. With alignments, Owlbear, Green Dragon, and so forth.

How are the codes being sent? Do you get a different code for each level ($5, $15, and $30). I have most of the $5 level and would like to give it away.

I purchased the $30 tier and got one code to redeem with all digital items.

However, when I go to checkout, after I sign in I'm getting this message:

Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address.

US address that Paizo has shipped to before. Verified I only have digital items (and removing the Humble Bundle item removes all items).

Selecting New Address and entering my address results in the same message. Not sure how to proceed.

In my desire in coming back to Pathfinder from the 1st edition, I intend to get this bundle as it is a perfect starter with the inclusion of the primary core rulebooks, but I need a clarification.

When I tried to access the new store when it launched a few weeks ago by the instructed password reset, the resets failed. This was because I was just a little more than 5 years from my last purchase here and thus past the cut of point of any digital content carrying over at this time and the automated new site account for me doesn't exist. This was explained to me per the Paizo Customer Service reply from the email I sent them concerning this.

They replied with that I just make an all new account.

However I didn't do so yet, as there was no assurance that if-and-or-when the older purchased materials on the original account will still be able to be moved over to this new user created account, when the next stage of the site upgrade happens to move over old content to the new account when there is no obvious connection between account outside of just using the same email address.

So I picked up the new bundle, I have most of the items already but that doesn't matter.
however I am unable to ship the Elemental Stones with my next subscription order. adding the item to ship with my next sub adds it at full cost.

I do not think I want to pay $45USD to ship the one physical item to me by itself. I am already going to have to skip the next sub order because shipping a single flip mat for USD $45 is insane.

I am not even able to remove the Elemental stones item from the order.

Thanks for letting us know this! Please keep in mind this is known information that we are working on! We want to make sure everyone keeps their purchase materials!

This is a concern for Customer Service! Please reach out to them at customer.service@paizo.com to see if there's anything they can do about your specific order. We can't resolve order issues on our forums as the resolution could involve personal data!

My bad. Both versions were added to the new library. But with no way to tell before downloading them.

This is something we are aware of as it is a sentiment shared with more people as well! It's why we're working as fast as we can!


Note, I contacted Customer Support first before posting here. I'm mainly writing to give a heads up to others participating with the Bundle and to work out some details from those who know. Not here to give any Paizo folks a hard time and thank you Maya for your outreach in the forums during these challenging last few weeks :D

I participated in the $30+ Tier of the Pathfinder Holiday 2025 Humble Bundle today and after redeeming the code I only received only 26 of the 34 books in the New Store Paizo library (and none of the one-file-per-chapter versions of the books too). I also checked the legacy library, just in case.

- Pathfinder Adventure Path: Pactbreaker (Wardens of Wildwood 1 of 3) (PDF)

* I listed the missing one-file-per-chapter versions that I am aware of that exists (i.e. the Core rulebooks.) but there is likely more from the other large books too.

My general question to those who have purchased the books featured in the Bundle, which books outside Core rule-books would have had a one-file-per-chapter version?

I forgot about including this detail in the email to CS... All the maps acquired from the bundle in my New Library is just the PDF version (there were no JPGs in my case) unlike what was advertised at HB.

The JPG versions are very desirable for their use in Foundry VTT rather than having to use some program to extract the images out of the PDF before they can be used.

Counter to this, as far as I can tell in checking on them, none of these map's store pages mention JPGs, just PDFs. So a clarification from Paizo on this would be nice. Thanks!

Alright, decided to get this humble bundle as well.

Please don't require people to add a phone number. Some of us don't want to be called at random times. Some of us don't want to be called at all. If things get too complicated for e-mails, support and customer can still agree to call each other.

I recall it was only during the payment checkout that there was a field asking for a phone number, which 1.) is at the Humble Bundle site, not Paizo., 2.) Which is actually the payment processor asking for this, so not even H.B., 3.) Sites asking for a phone number is fairly standard if shipping is involved (at least it is in the US and this bundle does have a shipped item at its highest tier., 4.) and I'm pretty sure when I made this purchase a few weeks ago and picked a digital only tier, that I didn't bother to put in a phone number and my order was still processed.
