The Starfinder Galaxy Guide is part of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Special Edition subscription?
It's a typo. If you click on the link, it says it's part of the Starfinder Special Edition subscription, and the Pathfinder Special Edition subscription doesn't include it.

Ahoy!
Happy April everyone! I wanted to give a quick announcement regarding our authorization date (order spawning date): as part of a test run, Customer Service will be conducting the upcoming subscription authorization on April 16th, 2025, instead of the originally posted April 17th, 2025 date (this has already been reflected in the main posting).This test run is to see if an extra day helps improve Customer Service with handling subscription questions, order concerns, cancelation requests, etc.
We understand this is a sudden announcement and thank everyone for their understanding at this time. Please reach out Customer Service at customer.service@paizo.com if you have any questions or concerns.

It's basically a forum tradition, when you get your first e-mail you (if you choose to participate) say "Now my watch begins" and when you get your second e-mail (which is when you can download the PDF and your items have gotten shipped) you say "And now my watch has ended".
It's a Game of Thrones thing, back when people still cared about the show because it was good back then.

It also serves to alert otherforumites that the shipping process is beginning, and to provide some proof that shipping is in process during the seemingly never-ending waits while it’ss not your order that’s shipping.
