Ahoy!
Happy April everyone! I wanted to give a quick announcement regarding our authorization date (order spawning date): as part of a test run, Customer Service will be conducting the upcoming subscription authorization on April 16th, 2025, instead of the originally posted April 17th, 2025 date (this has already been reflected in the main posting).This test run is to see if an extra day helps improve Customer Service with handling subscription questions, order concerns, cancelation requests, etc.
We understand this is a sudden announcement and thank everyone for their understanding at this time. Please reach out Customer Service at customer.service@paizo.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Happy holidays everyone! We wanted to take this time to let folks know that while some of you may have received your orders for Fearsome Forces, there may be others that have not yet. This is due to not receiving enough cases during a re-supply and are currently awaiting for more product to show up. Once those cases arrive, we will be fulfilling those affected orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
As always another reminder that we are in the thick of the holiday season. And because of that, customer service replies, order fulfillment and ship times may take a little longer than usual due to the high volume we’re experiencing. Again this is normal for this time of year. We are doing what we can to keep response times and order fulfillment and shipping time quick as possible but delays can be inevitable. Hello!
A quick announcement for everyone: due to a huge storm that hit the PNW, our warehouse is without power. This may cause delays in order processing and shipments as we wait for the power to come back on. Rest assured however once we're back up and running, we'll get back to shipping and processing your orders!

Happy holidays everyone! This is announcement regarding our Player Core 2 sketch cover. The Player Core 2 sketch cover will not available for sale on Paizo.com. This is due to all copies being acquired by hobby retailers. For those who are planning to purchase a copy, we’re recommending to folks to visit their friendly local hobby and game store to get a copy. While folks may see a product page for the Player Core 2 sketch cover, it will be for archival purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience!

There are also some other announcements we'd like to make everyone aware of in preparation for the upcoming holiday season and if you may be part of the affected groups. We write this to inform everyone of two delays: Fearsome Forces cases and Divine Mysteries Special Edition.
For the Fearsome Forces cases, we unfortunately discovered that upon arrival of these miniatures at our warehouse, that we were not sent enough to fulfill subscriptions and all orders. We have shipped as many as we can, however some folks will be receiving an email informing them that their order has be affected by this shortage. We are, at this time, in contact with our distributor to get more of these miniatures as soon as possible. In the meantime, our plan is to send out any other current subscription items separately so that you may have them and they are not delayed further. Once more miniatures arrive at our warehouse, we will send out your Fearsome Forces portion as soon as we can.
As for Divine Mysteries Special Edition, it has sadly been delayed in transit to our warehouse. Because of this delay, the release date for specifically the Special Edition is being moved back three weeks to the following release window. Subscribers of the Special Edition book will experience approximately a three week delay before their copies of this ship. Normally this would also mean that the PDF version that Special Edition subscribers get would also be delayed three weeks. However, we will be granting the PDF to Special Edition subscribers at the same time as the Standard Edition subscribers so that you can experience the content while you wait for your physical copy.
We do apologize for the inconvenience and delay concerning these products. Please reach out to us at customer.service@paizo.com if you want to modify or cancel your order.
With the approach of the busy holiday season we want to remind you that both customer service replies and order shipping can take a little longer than normal because of the high volume. This is normal at this time of year. We do whatever we can to keep response times and shipping times as quick as possible, but delays are inevitable. Hey everyone!
Thanks for waiting patiently for your orders. Because there were a couple of big releases this month (Player Core 2 and Starfinder 2 Playtest for example) there was an increased volume of orders to send out this month and it is taking longer than expected. We also had to push back the date of our subscription order spawning date which added to the delays.
We estimate that the majority of orders will be shipped by Wednesday of this week, with a few stragglers taking until the end of the week. Our warehouse team is all hands on deck as they are working to get orders out as quickly as they’re able to. Please rest assured that we are working to get everyone their orders.

Ahoy everyone!
This announcement is just to keep everyone up to speed on what's happening regarding subscriptions, GenCon, Customer Service response times and order creations!
For those that may be attending GenCon: This is a friendly reminder that we will not be offering pickup for subscription items. If you want to make changes to your subscription order or any orders in general prior to you going to GenCon, please reach out to customer service!
Customer Service response times: Due to the increased volume of tickets at this time, our responses may be delayed and take a little longer than usual. We are doing our best to respond as efficiently as possible to everyone and thank you for your patience as we work through tickets.
Starfinder Roleplaying Game PDF: The upcoming Starfinder Second Edition Playtest book does not come with a PDF. This means when your order is ready to be shipped out, you will not be receiving a PDF. This is because the PDF will be released for free on our website on August 1st! This is to ensure that the Playtest starts at the same time for everyone!
Order creation: We are still in the process of creating and generating subscription orders. If you are someone who has not yet seen their subscription order be generated, don't panic! Your order should be populated soon! As always for any subscription and order modifications, cancelations, etc. please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Hello everyone! This is post is an announcement regarding some subscription changes!
Starfinder Adventure Path subscription is now Starfinder Adventures!
With the advent of Starfinder Second Edition, we are making some changes to your Starfinder Adventure Path and/or Starfinder Adventure Ongoing subscription.
With the release of the Scoured Stars Adventure Path in January of this year, followed by the release of Mechageddon Adventure Path in May, we changed the format of our Starfinder Adventure Paths from periodic single volume releases to hardcover compilations of the entire Adventure Path in one volume. This has proven to be a popular and successful change, but this change does blur the lines between our Starfinder Adventure Path and Starfinder Adventure subscriptions.
In order to make it as easy as possible to get our award-winning adventure content for Starfinder, starting with the July release of the Starfinder Second Edition Playtest Adventure: A Cosmic Birthday and going forward, the Starfinder Adventure Path subscription and Starfinder Adventure subscription have been combined into one ongoing subscription. This means you will be getting all the great content from these lines in one easy place.
After the release of Starfinder Second Edition Playtest Adventure: A Cosmic Birthday in July and Starfinder Second Edition Playtest Adventure: Empires Devoured in October, you will not see any Starfinder releases until the full Starfinder Second Edition launches at Gen Con 2025. After that, you can expect to see 2 to 4 releases each year going forward in the Starfinder Adventures Ongoing subscription.

Hello everyone!
I come bringing good news that we were finally able to resolve our authorization error that caused a delay in creating orders. This means that everyone should now have gotten an email/notification that your subscription order has been created!
Additionally, some people may see that items that were originally requested to be sidecarted may have populated back onto orders. This is due to running the auth again this morning and resolving the error that was effecting customers. This means that anyone who may have contacted us about moving subscription items into their sidecart are encouraged to check their emails and order history and contact customer service again to change these orders back to their sidecarts.

While some of you may have seen your orders populated today, sadly due to a further unforeseen technical error, we were unable to finish the authorization completely today.
