Needing some guidance from the pros. I have Champion went the blessed shield route and retriubutive strike, I also took a Marshall Dedication. Looking at 6th level trying to decide what class feat to take as there are several good ones.
the main ones I am looking at are
1. Reactive Strike (already have two other reactions not sure this would be the better choice).
2. Littany Against Wraith, decent single target damage 1 action and it takes my focus pool to 3 points so potentially 3 lay on hands.
3. Smite this is the one I am leaning towards
4. Rallying Charge, I already have Defensive advance, but this would give the party temp hit points.
Any suggestions or guidance from what you have run into in game that does and doesnt work. Plus if you can point me to a way to get a second reaction (if that even exists) that would be great.
Thanks ahead of time for the suggestions.

There isn't a way to get a second reaction for general purpose use.
Champion does have Quick Shield Block at level 8 that will let you use an additional Shield Block reaction specifically.

I'd suggest Shield Warden. That lets you use your Shield Block reaction when an adjacent ally is being attacked. At this level, that isn't great...
But at level 8, you can get Quick Shield Block. This is a second reaction that can only be used for Shield Block. Shield Warden says that it can be used with a Shield Block reaction, so now you can use both it and Retributive Strike to protect an adjacent ally from two attacks per turn instead of one (and if you're being attacked, you can Shield Block twice).
Then at level 10 you can get Shield of Reckoning, which is both reactions at the same time. This blocks absolutely massive amounts of damage and makes an adjacent ally extremely hard to take down. Note that this works explicitly with the extra reaction from Quick Shield Block, and when you get Divine Reflexes, that means you can potentially use it 3 times in one turn.
If you want to lean more offensive this isn't the best option, for if you want to guard your allies nothing else in the game really compares to this. Have a Rogue with Gang Up just stand next to you and things basically have to attack you (and your superior AC + Shield Block) because you can stop so much damage if they attack the Rogue that they'll never go down.
At 14, you can take Divine Reflexes for another reaction that can be used for Retributive Strike/Shield of Reckoning (because Shield of Reckoning says so). So that's 3 reactions, 2 of which are big defensive ones and one of which can be used for anything.
Reactive Strike certainly isn't a bad thing to have, but IMO it doesn't lean into the strengths of a shield spirit Champion the way this does.

What Tridus said.
You've already committed to paying the price to your offense for carrying a shield, so commit to the benefits, which are kinda gamechanging (if you have adjacent allies that is). You're essentially buying those same excellent defensive benefits for your allies. (Of course if they're always running off to skirmish or retreating to kite enemies, don't, but then your whole Champion aura (& Marshal) is being underutilized.)
Otherwise I'd go w/ smite so your core offense is increased. That's rather than multiplying a smaller offense w/ sometimes redundant Reactions I'd perhaps lean into those with a two-handed weapon Champion, which is to say I'd consider that style for a different track on different builds. Follow the shield line of feats, they're strong, and ignore Marshal's minor buffs. Those situational temp hp are nowhere near the damage you'll be preventing with your shield feats most every round. (I don't actually see the appeal in Marshal, but I understand I'm going against common opinion. If one has the Cha, Bard MCD w/ a Composition seems so much better & gives you ranged Cantrips. Not that there's room to fit in a Composition feat if you're leaning into using your shield! Doh.)

Smite is a good option. It renews itself much more easily now post-Remaster, thus the action tax is lower. If you're running Inspiring Marshal, it's even better.
Right now, my champion is using Dread Marshal and even then, using Smite is worth it (The Dread marshal helps my teammates). Reactive Strike, however, feels like an incredibly superfluous choice. If you're not using Retributive, your party is doing something wrong.
Quick Shield Block will be online at level 8 and will be a blast with Defensive Advance, since it vastly increases your Raise Shield uptime (something my Champion has been struggling with, since I couldn't retrain it yet). Once you have it, you will have defense for yourself and your team pretty much every round.

Reactive Strike is a nice addition to the Champion. Often times the Champion's AC gets so high, they stop swinging at him for the shield block. If they cast a spell, Champion's reaction is great. Or if your target is outside of 15 feet. I'd take Champion's reaction because you get a lot of reactions.
Eventually you'll have your base reaction. An extra reaction for Champion's reaction and an extra reaction for shield block. So that Reactive Strike gives you three options for the base use of your reaction while still have extra action specific reactions.
Nearly every champion I see made picks up Reactive Strike because the Champion is one of the reaction intensive classes in the game and it's good to have options.

Assuming you mean the appeal of Marshal in general, and not just on a Champion:
Its aura is online faster than Bard dedication (you get to give your +1 status aura at level 4 instead of 8) and doesn't require using lingering composition to keep it active; that saves you a focus point, in exchange for putting you in a stance. The dedication also gives you a skill increase at L2, which is (imo) far more valuable than the trained skills or cantrips from bard. Bard's aura effect is better once you have lingering comp+courageous anthem lined up, yeah, and dirge is obviously great once you have access.
Marshal also gets access to reactive strike at level 8 or target of opportunity at 14.
In short: it patches good holes to be able to patch in both your build and your party (reactions, status bonus to hit on your melee characters) and gives you a skill increase. Pretty solid in my book.

Short addendum to this, if you want to take Shield of Reckoning at lvl 10, you need to take Shield Warden, because it is the prerequisite for Shield of Reckoning.

Jingling took in Nimble Reprisal at 1st level, so she already has expanded her ability to help her chums. IE, instead of getting extra reactions, she increased the utility of the one she has.
Jingling then took in Smite for increased damage on all Strikes, including the reaction.
It is always in fashion to Smite Thy Enemies Hip and Thigh.
