Any word on what (& when) will be the first Starfinder 2e Adventure Path is going to be?
i suspect that it'll come out with the core rulebook, and i suspect that it will be a hardcover equivalent of a traditional 3 book adventure path.

the question is: does SF 2E have a separate GM Core, or is it just one big tome??
It'd be strange to announce cover art for GM Core, then not make a book.

oh! fun!
Think I'll enjoy receiving that in the mail! [and nice thematic continuity w/ the Pathfinder 2E GM Core!]

They have revealed that the first AP will be a detective adventure, for just lvl 1 characters - no levelling up from what I understand. It is also a boxed set with handouts, flipmats and other things inside. It will be interesting to see what exactly is inside it and how much it will be.
Murder in Metal City goes from Level 1 to Level 6.
But, that is not quite an Adventure Path.

No, I thought Murder in Metal City is Level 1 only, from what Thurston and Jenny said on the recent Roadmap video.
The first SF2e AP (or as close to an AP as they do nowadays) will be Guilt of the Graveworld, expected October 2025. (Paizo 2025 Catalog, p. 147 product numbers PZO24006-HC and -SE. ISBNs: 978-4-64078-711-7 $44.99 and for the special edition 978-1-64078-712-4 $64.99). The prices are lower than Scoured Stars or Mechageddon, so more likely this is just an adventure. In the presentation they didn't detail it, or mention the name, though Thurston teased some art in the last minutes of the video that could not reasonably be for anything else.

Its a Level 1-5 only hardcover, sad there will just be the 1st Level only Metal adventure out for GENCON official release, unless they are holding back for PAIZOCON annoucement, and I would assume some SF 2 Society scenario's needless to say.
I have more than a few issues with the SF II rollout, but that deserves its own thread when I get some time....
Tom :(
I also thought it was "Guilds" of the Graveworlds, from the latest video a couple days ago, OOPS

I'm planning to start a Starfinder 2e conversion of Abomination Vaults and call it Abomination Station.
The party will arrive at the swamp-type planet of Dagobahn't aboard the Starfinder expedition ship Otari, captained by Wrin Sivinxi. Her star readings indicated that an abandoned research station had come back online and we've come to check it out...
The miflits will be called grogus...
After exploring the first floor the remaining "floors" will be launched into space hidden in separate asteroids for an attack on Absolom Station with encoded transponders for each of the asteroids located in databanks positioned where the stairs are in the AP. Between floors the party will naturally have to return to the Otari to fly to the next asteroid. Will they stop each asteroid before they reach Absolom Station?
In a first skim through the monster selection seems like it would fit with a little tuning on the numbers and a sprinkle of technology things everywhere... Definitely gonna need to change the treasures/rewards but otherwise should be a pretty easy conversion.

Note that book 1 and book 2 have several town events. Do you plan to incorporate these as well?

I think the book 1 event can be handled as we rush back to the Otari and rescue the ship from invading forces (Wrin can be hiding in a cargo compartment).
I haven't read the whole AP super closely (just skimmed) so I'm not sure about the book 2 event but there should be a creative way to incorporate it when I get there. I'll look into it now. (Thanks for the heads up)
