It's not quite right, but the Recruitment forum is for GMs to post to recruit players (for play by post).
If your looking for in person...there's not really an appropriate place on this forum, and honestly I wouldn't post here because the chances that someone on this forum lives in the same geographical location as you are probably not great. You'd have better luck finding some forum (not as in internet forum specifically, but rather the original definition as in a place to discuss) specific to your locality and posting there. I've seen such things on Reddit and Facebook. Personally I avoid Facebook. And Reddit too now that they're killing off 3rd party app developers but those are the kind of places I mean.

You could also look at Pathfinder society play. I'm not sure where to look for the closest location to you, perhaps someone else who has more experience with Society play could help you out.
Also, many regions have local Meetup groups for RPGers, or at least gamer groups which will have RPGers among them (one would think).
