This build surprised me. Now you can't add damage together like this so it doesn't work. But at level 1 it does seem to. Because bleed damage is technically a damage type. Thoughts?

It is certainly bizarre. Several rather questionable rulings on unstated ambiguities in the rules to make it work. Bleed damage being a type of damage that can be pulled into Arcane Cascade, and having Precision damage add to Bleed damage being the biggest ones.
Is it RAW? Maybe.
To me it starts leaning into the Too Good to be True territory. But I would probably have to playtest it a bit in order to fully make that call.

Nothing to really to add to the validity (or lack there of) of the build, but it does remind me of a comment I read about the Demon Summoner. Because the Demon Eidolon's demonic strikes lets you have Versatile in any type of physical damage, choose bleed, because bleeds a type of physical damage.
When I first saw it I kinda just dismissed it, because at the time I just thought Versatile was for bludgeoning, piercing, slashing... obviously. Then King of the Mountain came out with a feat that gives Versatile Positive so what do I know.

I think RAI on precision damage is that it adds to the weapon's base damage, and not any other damage the Strike can inflict - it seems perverse (albeit mostly harmless) to allow it to add to the fire damage of a flaming rune, for example. Exceptions like Magical Trickster applied to a spell with multiple and equal damage types do exist, though, so I suppose there's an argument to be made there.

Precision damage applies to the attack damage, not to any extra damage you deal. So this part doesn't work.
As for Bleed, it's a complicated one. On paper, I don't see an issue with Arcane Cascade adding Bleed damage, the issue I have is with this damage becoming persistent because it's Bleed damage. I'd personally rule that you deal instantaneous Bleed damage and not persistent one (instantaneous Bleed damage is easier to figure out than persistent Bludgeoning damage).
Anyway, once you remove the Precision damage added to the Bleed damage, the build no more works.
