So I Have the idea of doing a Lizard Folk Nature Fang Druid with crocodile Domain
I know Lizard Folk Dose not boost wisdom but I'll make it work. Figured 14 would be good to start in that stat
I know rage would block my spells from happening but I'd either buff prior to activating rage or use them for out of combat situation.
I know I want to use natural weapons but have never down so and am not toelly sure I under stand how to use them .
I want to studied my target like a crocodile watching it'd Prey in the water and then strike.
I just want advice on my feats
I know stuff for Stealth and stuff to help with my natural attacks would be good

I have a solution for the 'no spells when raging' issue, though it will require some feat investment and a class level dip (or more feats). Where are you getting your ability to rage from?
Raging Blood will allow you to mimic the Bloodrage class feature for a certain number of rounds per day. This requires a level dip in Sorcerer, or the feat Eldritch Heritage (which requires Skill Focus or similar).
Mad Magic let you cast spells while in a bloodrage, regardless of their source.
Alternatively, you could just use Furious Spell (metamagic) to prep the spells with a higher spell slot and maintain your ability to cast them while raging. This might be the best option for you.

Hmm, missed that in the title (haha).
As for Furious Spell, I'd toss it on any spell you intend to deal damage with (you should always have a ranged option available), like Call Lightning, Produce Flame, Pale Flame, etc, etc. And, any spells you might want to cast in the middle of combat but are not something you'd cast every fight, and something you don't want to drop out of rage for. Like Wind Wall to deal with enemy ranged characters.
I'd recommend starting with a 16 wisdom, rather than 14, as you'll have to devote every ability score increase to wisdom to eventually catch up with you casting progression, and even rely on stat boosting items to break even until level 20. Even with studied target, you don't want your spell DC's to lag too far behind the curve.

Lashing tail looks fun, maybe deathroll. Since you won't be in the heaviest armor and are a d8 hd class maybe toughness (yeah, boring, I know). Studied target will likely keep your attack bonus high enough for power attack (or piranha strike) to be worthwhile.
If you find that you are reliably getting sneak attack then the Accomplished Sneak Attack feat would be nice.

If you plan on doing anything with your Familiar... then plan on taking Improved Familiar, for something more useful than an iguana.
If you plan on using your Death Roll, then Dirty Fighting/Improved Grapple might make sense.
Something like Barroom Brawler can be especially useful when giving up half your feats to VMC. You can use it to grab Seething Hatred "that guy", for when you really need your Studied Target damage bonus doubled against a specific type of enemy.
Given that you are a 9/9 spellcaster, and are also choosing to invest in Strength... Improved Initiative might make up for your [probably] low Dexterity.
Extra Rage Power @ 17 for Internal Fortitude, since you don't count as an 8th-level Barbarian until 16 [for the purpose of selecting Rage Powers]... have yourself a Flawed Scarlet and Green Cabochon ioun stone, and you essentially have Tireless Rage right on schedule with a normal Barbarian.
