Update: Fulfillment Europe has received products and shipping begins tomorrow (14 December).
Thank you for the update. Why Fulfillment Europe and not Ulisses?
Mostly timing related. We had carved out time with Ulisses for backer products to ship in October, but as Kingmaker sat in customs it slid out of their shipping window.

Friends in Germany have already received their shipments, while I don't even have an email yet. Should I be worried?
I am german as well and have received neither package nor email, so I am not sure if the destination country has anything to do with the order of shipments.

E-Mail came yesterday, Package comes today or tommorow.
Important info: I changed the delivery adress in July 2022, this was also confirmed by e-mail.
But now the package goes to the old adress. (no problem in my case, it is the adress of a good friend).
If you changed the delivery adress, please check, if the package will be delivered to the correct adress.

France here. Got my email today but I recently moved to another thankfully nearby place.
The package seems bound for my old adress and it goes through DHL. But the website is in German and I do not know how to correct the adress.
Any help would be welcome.
I will try to intercept the package anyway before it goes back to the sender :-(
Maybe ask one of my former neighbours to accept it in my stead.
Really wish I were living in Australia right now. They got theirs like 2 months ago IIRC.

Mine switched to my own language automatically - but I can read German so if helpful can try and help. However it is hard to test how to change an adress as mine got delivered already.
However as far as I could see you could go to DHL.com select France and enter the tracking code they provided (I did get my delivery status that way….).

I received my package today (Netherlands). Unfortunately, the 60$ worth of Hero Point Tokens that I pledged were not in the box, and when I double checked the shipment mail, I saw they were also missing from the manifest. Hopefully this can get fixed by Paizo in the new year.
I must say that being a European customer of Paizo hasn't been easy the past year. We're paying ridiculously high shipping costs, had to deal with being charged VAT twice for several months and are last in line to receive this product. And even the fulfilment of that is not without it's issues. I really hope that Paizo can do something about this in the future (perhaps open a local office or partner with a European distributor so you can package and ship products from Europe?).

France again.
Got it 1h ago after catching up with the postman during his tour. And good that I stalked him because he was indeed delivering it to my old adress.
Will open it tomorrow with the other gifts. I never thought when I backed that the books would be there exactly for Christmas.

Paizo shipped replacement hero point tokens, and I must say that customer support response time has increased quite a lot compared to a few months ago. So as of right now I'm a happy customer again.
I can confirm that, I emailed customer support about my defective Kingmaker book and had a replacement shipped within less than 24 hours.

More than three weeks and three emails later, I'm still waiting for any reply from customer support. There used to be a forum for customer support but I can't find it anymore. Guess I will keep sending emails until they respond, because I don't have my Kingmaker books nor any shipping notification, and it wasn't precisely a cheap crowdfunding...
