What feats are those, exactly? I didn't see any necromancer specific feats on AoN. The oracle likewise doesn't have bones specific feats.
In fact, of those mentioned, only the cleric appears to have any undead feats, but most are useless without a harming font.
Did you mean to say class features maybe?

There are a few feats available to certain classes in the Undead Section part of Book of the Dead that I know about because I saw them in a Nonat 1 video. They'll probably be added to Archives of Nethys after Book of the Dead is officially released tomorrow.

I'd certainly allow it, and arguably extend it to Shadow Sorcerers as well.

The book isn't out yet. AoN never updates before the street date.

Consider this clause:
The following feats are available to some spellcasters who have the ability to create or control undead minions. If you’re a different class but can create or control undead and can cast at least one necromancy spell, the GM might give you access to these feats.
I think it's more than fine to allow them.

Keftiu, why shadow sorcery?
Wraiths and, unsurprisingly, shadows, especially.

I'm talking about those feats that Necromancer Wizards, Clerics, and Bones Mystery Oracles can all use without needing archetypes or anything. I think that Undead Bloodline Sorcerers should also be able to pick them up because of lore reasons. It just makes sense to me.You definitely can on GM approval. On page 34, it says
The following feats are available to some spellcasters
who have the ability to create or control undead minions.
