I know I asked Tonya about this already and they mentioned that they would pass along the idea but I feel it would be a good way to centralize topics that the Community wants to discuss and/or have addressed with the Community Manager. As well as possibly making moderation a bit easier.

Thanks Anorak! Love the idea and appreciate having it in one area. I would ask that it not include topics around Unionization/Paizo Accountability, as those answers/statements are coming from the Executive and not something I can answer. Not saying I'll have answers to the rest, but I'll give it the best effort I can :)

Looking back on the last month or two, there’s been a (deserved!) large spike in moderation, but one thing that’s been a source of discomfort for me and others was seeing bad actors repeatedly break the rules in drastic ways and not see action beyond having their posts removed. It was disheartening, especially given how many of these were not-so-thinly-veiled transphobic attacks.
Could we get a little more clarity on what behavior earns a ban, according to forum policy? It feels like I have no good idea what it takes. Is there anything like a “3 strikes” policy, or certain actions that are a hard red line?
A little more transparency in how moderation works would be really nice to have. Thank you for all that you’ve been doing lately!

I know multiple accounts will get you the ban hammer.

Unless you are totally not someone. That should be blindingly obvious.

I was under the impression that they lost their login information or had otherwise cannot access their Account, recreating a new obvious referential account is an awful dumb way to try to circumvent a permanent ban after all.

This is on my radar to have, not just for the community but to provide consistency across multiple moderators. There are several other steps between writing and publication, especially since I also want to make sure that it supports everyone in our community. I don't have a timeline at this point, unfortunately, but it is on my top 10 list of things to do.
Are there resources to build out the Moderation Team? Doe we have Updated Community Guidelines for members to consult?
To the first question. I don't see anything happening before we hire our HR Manager. There's also the UPW piece to consider as well. So I think this one is on hold until other decisions/pieces occur.
For the second one, I see updated community guidelines going hand and hand with the moderation guidelines that are also on my radar. So this is in the works, but I don't have much more to offer at this point.

As for the multiple accounts thing, there are certainly reasons that Paizo allow multiple accounts for a single person (I know, I'm one of them), but it is definitely the exception. I asked for specific permission (and gave my reasons) before creating my other account.

And here's another:
I would love it if we could have an AMA thread each week for one of our great mods. I would love to know more about our amazing CS staff, if they are willing to chat with us. I think they are rock stars. I would love to know how long they have been working here, hear about hobbies, hear about their favorite games and freelance work!

Community is now my primary responsibility, along with Social Media. I answer to Aaron in Marketing. I actually really like the idea of SOME kind of Q&A thing, although the 'when' is up for debate, as everyone is very busy at the moment. I'm allowed to be a bit sassy on the socials sometimes (for the clicks! joking but also it works.)

Thanks! Last year we did some re-orgs and January was... an EVENT. lol.
Jon is now the point person in the Forums, Community email, and social media posts. He is taking the lead directing content creators to the right resources. (We have a Discord.) He (we) will be cross-trained to support Alex in Org Play, mostly at Gen Con. I plan for him to be a rotating co-host of Paizo Live, when it returns. That will keep him more than busy for his 40 hours. Once I hire my last team member, and we find our new normal, we can revisit this thread.
Thanks for playing Pathfinder and Starfinder.
