Are there any skill equivalents to bon mot for helping casters target fortitude or reflex?

No

Sovereign Court

You mean for debuffing enemy Fort/Ref to make those spells land better?

Well the obvious one is Intimidation/Demoralize.

The scoundrel rogue can feint to nerf reflex with a class feat, but it requires you to be a rogue, so that kinda offsets any benefit gained; though it does allow "Eldritch Tricksters" land spells just as good as their full caster contemporaries against a single target, so that's something

Not only is there no other skill feat to target those saves, the only similar feat is evangelize which inflicts stupify and has a 24hr lockout per opponent.

Catfolk get Catfolk Dance which is a Performance check versus Reflex to lower Reflex saves. However, it is versus adjacent creatures, so it's something that may not rank high for many spellcasters.

Liberty's Edge

Other than the examples offered here and a handful of other generic debuffs, no, and I for one feel that it should PROBABLY stay that way given just how insanely good (borderline broken) Bon Mot actually is.
