I get to finish work early today, and a friends group is one player short. Queue guest appearance. I am their only hope of a session this week.
I quickly ran the idea of a Pharasman Arsenal Chaplain Warpriest past him, and it seems good to go. Now I just need a build.
Str - 10
Dex - 16+2+1
Con - 14
Int - 10
Wis - 16
Cha - 10
Feats
1 - Weapon Focus (Dagger)
1 - Weapon Finesse
1 - Two-weapon Fighting
3 - Slashing Grace
3 - Two weapon Grace
5 - Diefic Obedience (Pharasma)
6 - Improved Two Weapon Fighting
6 - Weapon Specialization
7 - ????
I will use Fervor to get around Somantics and one dagger will be a reliquary for the divine focus.
Thoughts? Immediate improvements?

use the 6th level warpriest feat for advanced weapon training and get the one that let you use your 'fighter' level as warpriest level for weapon damage thus getting back what you gave for the weapon training ability. your dagger can do more then 1d6.
also an option is warrior spirit weapon training.

Build looks mostly good (for a low level TWF build, which I don't see as overly fruitful. You really should ditch Two-Weapon Grace, though, because a -2 to all attack rolls is not worth +2 damage for off-hand attacks!
Will you be a permanent member of the group going forward? If not, you should make use of the single pip by having one odd starting ability score (e.g. 15 wis, which could grant 12 int and 11 str).

It takes until 10th level before Focused Weapon is more than +1 average damage, and until 15th level before it's better than Weapon Spec.

It’s kind of an ugly place to be for dex-to-damage while TWF (not being unchained rogue). In a few levels, two agile enchanted weapons are easy to come by; taking the -4 to all attacks is pretty awful.
I would compare to just going around Vital Striking with an Agile Elven Curve Blade; that seems like it would be more reliable.
If I did want to go daggers and use the pharasma here, maybe i’d dip two levels in Brawler to be able to Two Weapon Fight with one Agile dagger. Need to retrain to qualify for Improved Two Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat, and you wouldn’t get Weapon Specialization, but i’m not fully clear on where OP is getting two feats at level 6 from anyway.

Add Quick Draw ass a feat. Then carry ~20 regular (non-masterwork) Daggers. This gives you a ranged option as well (which is an advantage of the humble Dagger).
You won't get DEX-to-damage, but between Weapon Training, Weapon Specialization, the River Rat trait and Divine Favour (and I assume the Fate's Favoured trait) you'll have a decent option at (short) range.
I have a similar build in the wings waiting for a PC to die so he can take their place, I gave him Snap Shot and Improved Snap Shot at level 9. Daggers with pseudo-reach.

Yeah, despite ImpTWF being aviable, it's a rather sore spot (level-wise) for TWF, but a sweet spot for two-handed (with Vital Strike and Greater Weapon of the Chosen). Although I don't see why one would go dex-based there.

Human FCB.

I actually think Daggers can be decent for Warpriests.
They have low damage, but Warpriest helps with that (even Arsenal chaplain). They don't have the best crit-range, but they're decent. They deal 2 types of damage, (S or P) which means they can be used under water and work with Slashing Grace. They're light weapons, so TWF is an option. They have feat support and trait support for easily stackable attack/damage bonuses. And they have a range Incrememnt.
Are there better weapons? Sure.
Are they terrible? Without investment, absolutely. But with investment ...
(I couldn't think of a funny rebuttal to your jab, so ... your MUM's Humble!! =P )
