The DOUBLE CHAINED KAMA, the KUSARIGAMA and the KYOKETSU-SHOGE are all reach weapons with the MONK weapon property, so Monks and Brawlers can flurry with those.
EDIT: Oh the description pages didn't have their stats. Those can be found HERE.

Is it possible to make a spear belong to the 'close weapon' fighter group?
As avr said, using the Versatile Design weapon modification (rules on those to be found here) does exactly that. A Brawler even automatically has proficiency with any thus modified simple or martial weapon. They're technically also proficient with modified exotic weapons, but those require an extra feat) to be useable.
Of course, Brawler's Flurry uses the TWF rules, which means any non-light weapon imposes a -4 penalty to attack rolls instead of the usual -2.

The individual entries on AoN do: Double-chained kama, Kusarigama, Kyoketsu shoge.
Brawler is not proficient with those, though.

Another route is the Constructed Pugilist that can get an Unarmed Strike with the reach property. It works really well with the Battle Dancer archetype if your GM ignores that Constructed Pugilist adds a class skill that you already had.
I do feel compelled to point out that it's disputed if flurrying with a non-light weapon would impose a -2 or -4 attack penalty, but this is probably not the right thread to revive that discussion.

Too bad the Lantern Staff is both in the Hammers group and has the special texts saying it cannot be used as a double weapon. Otherwise Spear Dacing Reach would allow it legit.
If there is any leniency allowed, just remove that line about the Lantern Staff not being used as a double weapon... but leave the special texts about it being used as a Quarterstaff.
Brawlers Flurry would allow you to Flurry with the same end, so it would still do its wee little fire damages every hit.
