This is a recruitment thread for PF2 2-13 A Gilded Test. Some information about scenario:

Looking for 6 players, the recruitment is open till 30th of April (Friday). It is not first-come, first-served recruitment. This is a PBP game with an expectancy of 1 post per workday (ideally also 1 per weekend). The game is most likely to start around May the 4th, and I expect it to last around 2 months.
For your application to be considered please provide the following:
- Filled profile (or linked character sheet)
- Some information about your PC: class, level, race, and few sentences about who they are.
And a very important note, I am beginning GM, so I might make mistakes when it comes to rules. I am open to learning and having fun, and the same expect from players.

Emdi would like to join. He's a Level 3 champion.
Emdi grew up in Nidal and joined the Nidalese army for a bit before getting kicked out, learned about Shelyn at an Uskwood rave, and now speads peace, love, unity, and respect wherever he goes.
His character sheet is filled out. To be honest, he's a below-average champion on the combat front - he's an archer and can't really use Divine Ally (I created him with the expectation that the APG would contain more support for champion archers), and his bard dedication is mostly for flavor. But he'll keep allies alive.

Thurk is a half-orc abjurer who fled the destruction of Lastwall and joined Pathfinders with the goal of actively protecting people from suffering similar fate and eventually reclaiming his homeland. So far the missions have taken him on a clandestine expedition to New Thassilon, an old document hunt on the Andoran/Cheliax border, and a mysterious corruption investigation in Iobaria. Especially after the last adventure he is longing for a return to the urban environment.
His profile is mostly filled but I am awaiting the chronicle from my last adventure to finalize the equipment/spell purchases. It should be done before end of this week.

Mirtha is a L3 gnome sorceress. She has the devil bloodline but believes that she is actually a cleric of Sarenrae. She is a real fire and brimstone type.
She has healing for the worthy and the chastising flames for the wicked. My profile does need to get updated for paizo for my most recent level up.

Scuttlesnarp might be interested. He’s a sneaky kobold excommunicated from the Sewer Dragons at a young age for being a thief. He survived his exile by building a smuggling and fencing network, but now wants to go home, and the elders told him he has to pay his dues among the Pathfinder Society as proof of how serious he is about returning.

[u]A few sentences[/u]: Elsha is an introverted Garundi man from Nex with a slight stutter. He often speaks the least, and speaks a little slowly and methodically to avoid pronouncing this. He warms up to a group as he's able to contribute to problem solving, whether or not his concoctions are involved.
What am I saying, you know this character :P
Say, is it unfair to submit two characters to choose from? I'd be happy to play Elsha or Arfsnarf (the goblin sorcerer who likes to roll a d20 to tell fortunes).

Lots of submissions already, yikes! Here is what I came up with so far… Cracked Tusk.
He was raised by his Orc Clan after his mother raided a village. A He grew up, it was evident that his human blood gave him superior intelligence over that of his orc kin, so he trained with a shaman. Though he possessed only minor magical abilities, he soon learned how to bring about his more beastial nature. His clan continued raising human villages which never set right with him, so he struck out on his own as soon as he was able to try and prove not all orcas were bloodthirsty killers.
Ok, Recruitment is now closed. I looked at the applications and I may run two tables
1st Table that would start on 4th of May (High tier):

- Mirtha
- One of Anjo's Rangers
This team seems to be well-rounded, front line (Hornbori), plenty of healing (Mirtha, Hornbori, Emdi...), range, spells, and a face

Second table (low tier)
Now the second table I have some doubts with:
- Thurk
- Scuttlesnarp
- Jiki
- Elsha/arfsnarf
- Cracked Tusk
There is no frontline, plenty of rather squishy characters, not that much healing (Jiki has Soothe, and Thurk medicine with battle medicine but on +5).
I could start this table around 10th of May, but it could be rough. From what I read the scenario does not seem particularly deadly. I can try to recruit you some frontline (fighter, champion, monk) as there is a spot for 6th.
And I've posted on Cottonseed that we are looking for lvl 1-2 frontline.
Cracked Tusk operates as a frontline fighter. His AC isn’t the greatest, but he deals some pretty good damage
Yeah, I know. I suspect you being new to PF2 (at least this is what I understood from Cottonseed), as such I don't feel fully comfortable letting you frontline a sub-optimal team with a mutagenist ;) I think Cracked Tusk could be a very good additional frontline.
And Klank volunteered. I played with the player behind it, and I feel comfortable with his post frequency and quality.
As such we have a second team! Recruitment is truly done. Will post a link to the table soon.
