Ways to resurrect a vampire?

Rules Questions

I'm playing as Carmine Moscsto, a Dhampir Alchemist Bloatmage that uses blood to enhance his formulae. He also acts as a sort of night doctor for non-hostile vampires and other undead that need medical work done, because he's one of the few people willing to do that sort of work. He's a bloat mage so he has plenty of blood on hand for stopping thirst rampages, etc.

One of his old patients, V, an unlucky vampire who regularly turned up at Carmine's clinic with blood borne diseases, and has a bad habit of ending up in bad company, has just turned up under a geas from a lich. He has to kill anyone who's come to kill the lich. He's also a werewolf now, which is pretty baller.

We're about to throw down, and V politely asked that if I have to kill him, just to patch him up afterward and we'll be right as rain... But I don't know if there's a way to bring a vampire back from death?

Resurrection can be used on creatures turned into undead, but it can't be used on undead creatures(?) Are there any other 1st party spells or items that might be able to bring a dead vampire back?

TL;DR I need a list of spells or items that can resurrect a vampire.

If you want to bring them back to a vampire state that's tricky, wish level tricky. If you just want to bring them back to actual life (vampirism not included) then resurrecting them should do it.

Wish and Miracle are the only spells I can think of that can do it in one go.
Other than that, Resurrection to bring him back to life and another vampire to turn him again.

Akashic Form can do it, but that's a ninth level spell and Psychics only.

I’m guessing by first party you mean Paizo Pathfinder products, but, if you’re table is using WoTC 3.5 stuff, Spell Compendium and Libris Mortis have a spell called Revive Undead (Sor/Wiz 6 so I don’t think it would help anyway).

If you are ok with 3rd party, in Way of The Wicked book 5, there is Cleric 7/ Witch 8 spell called Restore the Destroyed, that for the price of 10 000 gp, restores a destroyed undead to unlife.

I don’t know if Resurrection would work on him, I’m not sure how long he’s been a vampire, and I think getting turned into a vampire counts as dying and being turned into an undead.

Akashic Form is probably out of the question. The best thing we have in town is an Occultist.

@Pokepaul Paizo, yeah. I’ve seen Revive Undead come up in searches, but 3.5 stuff would require some spell research to ‘invent’. I could probably manage it, if need be.

@WagnerSika No 3rd party stuff at the table, sadly. Though the GM does allow for using spell research to create new spells, which could, in theory, be 3rd party spells. But 10k is steep, jeez.

I gotta be honest, you're group is already playing fast and loose with the rules, so it's probably easiest just "invent" the Revive Undead spell.

Generally speaking, vampires can't suffer from any diseases, they're dead. That includes lycanthropy. Also, the geas affecting them seems to be pretty poorly worded if he can come to you. It sounds like it was worded as "If someone comes to kill me (the lich), then you have to kill them."

Geas has problems:
1) Open ended quests only last 1 day per caster level.
2) Poorly worded instruction might mean they don't have to do anything.
3) You're not actually "forced" to do anything, but you'll take penalties if you don't.
4) The vampire can just go take a dirt nap for like 2 weeks and then be fine. They might become pretty helpless during that time, but they'll be fine once its over.
