I received my latest package on Monday BUT in the mailing envelope I usually get both my Pathfinder and Starfinder APs in, there was just the Pathfinder one, no Starfinder. The invoice had everything mailing in one package. I emailed Customer Service but nothing yet; should I try calling or open a thread or just wait it out a little bit longer?

I would start another thread if the paper invoice says it all should have shipped together (I wouldn’t rely on the one under “my account”).
If it arrives before they get to it you can just make a second post saying that. They have more visibility than us on past shipments though, so it might turn out the second book was erroneously omitted from the packet and best to get that sorted sooner rather than later.

It's now been six weeks since the last start of monthly authorization, and we still don't even have a thread for the new month. Shouldn't this process have been started already? Is anyone still there after Joan's exit?

December authorization always happens very early and January authorization very late. I think last year there were basically two months between AP volumes. If we don't see a flurry of activity rolling out on Monday, once they are all back from vacation, then we're probably okay to start wondering or even worrying a bit.

Excluding Sara, I think it’s currently Logan, Eric, Diego and Sam. (I think Calliope and Virginia have both moved on...?)
They are no doubt prioritising getting the new people up to speed and doing the actual CS stuff. These threads are awesome as they allow us to pre-emptively plan without asking CS what’s going on, but they’re a relatively recent thing, they’re not strictly essential and I wouldn’t be surprised if we only get a few weeks’ notice for the January run.

I've been advised my December shipment has been returned to Paizo. Attempting to resolve with Customer Service but, having waited until the day after street date for my package to ship at the moment I'm being told I have to wait for my January shipment for these items to ship again.
Not at all impressed and at this rate I'm reconsidering whether there will be a January shipment.

Just to update on this, I have now discovered that my PDF downloads for December have been removed from my account as well!! Presumably they will be reinstated only when the replacement shipment is sent at the end of January which is frankly ridiculous. I've raised with Customer Service but if international shipping is turning into this then I'm likely to cancel subscriptions if I don't get a quick resolution.
